CERTAIN B/R REPAIRS AND PAINTING TO DISPERSAL AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT NAE AND INAS

M&L for Painting line, dashes arrows on Apron, Dispersal or taxiway etc. including necessary preparation n.exc 30 cm wide with EPIDEC Epoxy paint marking in white/orange/yellow colour over primer. All as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Making good pot holes in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape of any size 20 to 25mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 250m but n exc 1 Km and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc., priming the proposed pot holes with epoxy resin primer and filling with epoxy resin mortar in repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Treatment of floor cracks in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out portion along the cracks with mechanical equipment into 'V' shape of 25mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 250m but n exc 1 Km and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc., priming the proposed pot holes with epoxy resin primer and filling with epoxy resin mortar in repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joint (grade'B') filled with HD 100 filler applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provn of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 25mm dia, filled with polyethylene sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 12mm) complying with BS-5212, priming the sides and applying masking tape after sealant applied,for thickness of concrete slab 300mm complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

M&L forming construction Joints (grade 'B') 30mm deep and 10mm wide,(using diamond cutter)and sealed with polyethylne sealant complying with BS-5212 and priming the sides,provn of closed cell polyethylene line back up rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L forming contraction Joints (dummy joints) (Grade 'B') 65mm deep and 10mm wide,(using diamondcutter)and sealed with polyethylne sealant complying with BS-5212 and priming the sides,provn of closed cell polyethylene line back up rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, compound wall etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.
