Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The payment and validity period in technical bid B & D should be same.

The document submitted by bidder in KPP Portal shall not be in corrupted/damaged/protected format.

If price bid is submitted in technical bid, then EMD will be FORFEITED and your offer will be REJECTED.

Bidder shall give undertaking that they have accepted our terms regarding Delivery/Completion, Validity & Payment as per format enclosed.

Bidders shall upload all the Documents in PDF format only.

As per the Government Orders vide FD 417 EXP-12-2024 dated: 09-08-2024, the bidder shall quote his rates exclusive of GST and inclusive of all Other applicable taxes, levies, duties, Cess etc. in the Kppp portal dashboard.

Tenderers from Class IV and above are eligible to participate in the tender.

All other terms and conditions as per the NIT.

Past Experience

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. (b) Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work value Rs.6.02 lakhs in last five year.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. (a) Achieved in at least two financial years in last five year an average annual financial turnover of not less than the Rs.12.04 lakhs.
