M&L for dismantling existng 100 KVA DG set from ER II sub station to Hanger No II by properly disconnecing all electrical connections,panel and DG set , shifting to Hanger II taking suitable safely measure while handling and shifting of the Dg set current location to proposed location including require foundation for panel , Dg set and reconnection of all electrical connectioins and testing and commisioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting 1.1 KV grade XLPE cable of any size from structure/pole/ transformer/LT panel/FPB for finding fault and its location including cutting faulty cable to facilitate joint and testing remaining part of cable for any further fault using cable fault locating equipment including bringing approved cable fault locating equipment & to be taken back after finding fault is over etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work and supply & fix joints shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking out carefully LT cable of any size on the wall/ suface and Rerounting of cables properly connection on the wall /surface with clamping nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S Clamps, bolts and nuts of size 20 x 15 cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement terminal protetor/Angle rubber boots for Transformer/RMU cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M/M Seal/ Raychem.

Dismantling the WORM GEAR UNIT, Ration 30:1 ,Model AU overhauling the same by repair/replacing the defective parts as ordered, cleaning varnishing and drying, re-erecting, aligning with the motor, testing and commissioning, any other minor parts required for proper functioning, painting the unit with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface and replacement of worn out nut bolts, stud of gland capacity including making over size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Location: 10 Sqn Taxi Track Gate).
