S & F for soild PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm palin colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall bw covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame weloded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F facroty made Second class hard wood kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made Second class hard wood kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated plain framed, panelled shutter (Two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP Commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both faces or 10 mm bison panel.

S&F 40 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and directed .

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture1.40mm and all required accessories. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories, making scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, necessary for execution of work and protective measures etc... for a height upto 26 mtr height approximately.
