20mm cement plaster in two coats (8mm + 12mm) on rough / fair side of brick /concrete /stone wall for exterior plastering upto all heights including arise external rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth & finished even & smooth. ( in cement mortar 1 :4 , 1 cement: 4 sand for 8mm outer layer and 12mm base as 1:4 as obove ).
6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand).

Distempering two coats with oil bond washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including putty over & including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand & manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.
Finishing Wall with Water Proofing Cement Paint of approved Brand and Manufacture and of required Shade on Undecorated Wall Surfaces (Two coats) to give an even Shade after thoroughly Brushing the surface to remove all Dirt, Loose or Softened Paint.
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
Steel work welded in built up sections, single sections, sheets, NG rails, ladders, beam joists, channels including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead & painting two coats on new steel & other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust &other foreign matter with enamel paint &other than white paint complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge.
Constructing 1:1.5:3 PCC open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm. including earth work &laying 10 cm. cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1cement 5 sand 10 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size ) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2sand 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size ) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement.complete as per standard design.
Providing and fixing on wall face PVC Rain water pipes of 110 mm diameter including fitting the joints complete in all respects including fittings complete in all respect.

Providing Bore well 150mm dia., 170 ft. deep with 50mm delivery pipes having 3Lps (15 HP) capacity submersible pump of approved manfacturer i.e., Kirloskar, Crompton, Hindustan, KSB with all accessories as per IS 8034- 1976 of latest relevant BIS code, and including piping network required for two water points at substation site as per approved drawings and one water point to substation building/ residential buildings etc as per requirement for connecting overhead tank with pipe of suitable size shall be provided. Bore well depth shall be sufficient below drawdown curve to meet minimum 6 hrs water requirement including following works complete in all respects: i)Supply and erection of stainless steel control pannel board complete with accessoreis such as Adopter, Ammeter, 3 phase MCB of required ampere, overload & dry run protection etc. complte in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. ii) Supply of PVC jointless, flat water proof cable as per BIS 694-1998 latest with upto date amendments, 2.5 mm2 for the pumpsets offered from panel board to motor including allother electrical equipments/ accessories such as thimble, flexible pipe,solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands, clips etc, laid in pipes or trenches under floor . The type, size and make shall be subject to approval of concerned authorities. iii)Providing and fixing 6mm2 steel rope to hang the pump in the bore complete in all respect. iv)Providing and fixing bore cover complete in all respect. v) Providing and fixing M.S. clamps complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. vi) Lowring, testing, carriage etc. complete in all respects.
