CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS, STRUCTURAL DESIGN, SURVEY AND SOIL INVESTIGATION

Architectural Design and Preparation of Architectural Drawings: - Consultancy services for preparation of Architectural design and detailed drawing in adherence to the provisions of zonal specification national building code, IS code, scale of accommodation for defence Services-2009 and other standard architectural and engineering practices/norms as per the terms and conditions enclosed as Appx 'A’ & 'B'.

Structural Design and Preparation of Structural Drawings: - Structural design for all building duly incorporating with all the input parameters as per Architectural drawings IS codes etcs for analysis & results. Structural drawings shall be prepared/incorporating the geometry in accordance with Architectural drawings for schedule of reinforcement for all elements and section details wherever necessary. Final submission of all the structural drawings duly supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in all size in hard & soft copy for all the category of building in desired configuration as per general parameter (all directed). The parameter shall be confirmed with IS at time of design. Proof checking & Vetting:- Vetting and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice in one set of tracing, should be vetted from Govt Engineering college/NIT/IIT/ and finally approved by HQ CWE Bhopal office. Note: The firm of consultant should be enlisted, approved by E-in-C branch.

BOQ tender preparation and 3D Modeling: - Consultancy services for providing detailed estimate (BOQ) for the bldg/structure of all the bldgs covered in Admin Approval of subject job and stage wise yard stick, plinth area rate, abstract, detailed market rate analysis of each bldg including taking of quantity and abstract priced on SSR 2020 for each bldg complete as per requirement given below:- (a) Working out quantities of each and every item of work shown on main drawing and related all TD drawings and as specified in Sch 'A' Notes, Schedule 'A' Part-I and particular specifications. (b) Quantity of each size of reinforcement shall also be given. (c) The method of the measurement estimating detailed quantity shall be as laid down in preambles as other provisions in MES, Standard Schedule of rates (SSR) Part-I (2009) and Part-II (2020) and relevant part of IS 1200 (Latest). (d) Abstract of bill of quantities (detail quantities shall be prepared based on SSR-2020 (Part-II) (Rates), if certain items are not available in MES SSR-2020 then market rates duly supported with price list shall be taken for working out the rates with minimum three equivalent makes of items along with rate analysis. (e) The consultant shall be required to carry out detailed estimate, abstract and market analysis by using various formulas in MS Excel software. (f) Yard stick shall be prepared as per the sample format given in Appx 18.1 of Manual on Contracts 2020 and as desired by E8 Section of HQ CWE Bhopal/GE Bhopal. Specimen yard stick in case of Single Storey, Double Storey and Other type Accommodation i.e. office and administration accommodation, garage and any other type building etc and other type of foundation i.e. pile, raft, stone column etc will be modified accordingly. In case any stage is having more percentage it shall be divided to appropriate sub stages. (g) The consultant shall submit two hard copies of the estimate and abstract along with soft copy in MS Excel format in CD. (h) The detailed estimate shall be required to be got checked by HQ CWE Bhopal by detailing a rep to this office before submitting final hard copies. (j) For market rate analyses labour wages whichever is higher of the following shall be considered for the area where work is to be executed:- (i) Prevailing Local Labour wages at concern area. (ii) Latest minimum labour wages circulated by the Government. (iii) Latest Minimum labour wages circulated by Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI.

Soil Investigation as per IS: 1892 & IS: 2720 and other relevant codes for Test:- (a) Construction of bore holes for each footing, collection of soil/rock sample and determination of soil properties (SBC) at depth 1.5m, 2.0m, 3.0m, 4.5m and 6.0m. (b) Recommendation as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose/uncommitted sandy soils. (c) Swelling index and swelling pressure in respect of black cotton soil and its depth/layer. (d) Depth of ground water table in peak monsoon (lowest) and peak summer (highest after correction of result with seasonal variation of water table in the Stn. (e) Recommendation for filling under floor. (f) SBC test depth up to 1.2m or hard strata whichever meet first (test method-to be adopted as per relevant IS) Note: 01 No Tri Pit of size 1.2m x 1.2m, 5.0m away from BH (centrally placed).
