DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE TO THE NAUSAINIK VIHAR (SAILORS ACCOMMODATION) AREA, TS DOLPHIN HILL, ARSR UNDER GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Dismantling wall floor or hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises including removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-Skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match. Including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
