Preventive maintenance/servicing of CSU (ceiling suspended unit) type Air handling unit of capacity 3000/6000CFM (10TR), installed at NBC plant area elevated height 3.5 Mtr without any inconvience to user and comprising of following service/ repair work as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Inspecting functioning of ball valves, balancing valves, 3way valve and replacing the U/S parts under respective item of schedule including GI/MS fittings such as flanges, elbows, Tee etc., (b) Inspecting supply & return air duct bellows, replacing u/s fastener, leak proofing, servicing air inlet, delivery, return dumper (c) Cleaning of AHU's aluminium fins by water pressure pump set. Note: Minor items shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply & fix in replacement of profilers & fine filters box type with washable nylon filters media having 90% efficiency to control dust particles up to 10 microns fitted in aluminum framed with epoxy filled on sides of size 500x500x50mm and for fine filters 99% efficiency to control dust particles up to 5 microns 500x500x50mm OR as per sample suitable for 25000CFM AHUs plant, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and directed.

Prevantive maintenance/servicing of air curtain of any size & make with following repair all as directed by engineer in charge (i) Inspecting blower impeller, greasing of bearing at driving & non driving end, aligment of shaft assembly & incl replacement of door limit switch (if required) (ii) Inspecting control wirng, power contactors, OLR etc. (iii) Lubricating whole rotating part, cleaning the air filter with air blower/water pressure pump compelete. Note: Service work shall be carried out after taking down air curtain & refixing the same after servicing for smooth fuctioning.

M & L in repair of water cooled chiller having capacity of 100 TR comprising of 4 Nos scroll compressors incl strip opening of cooling coil bunch from evaporator shell and gas leak test to be carried out by nitrogen gas, brazing of copper coil/pipes with suitable welding material to make leak proof and wrap the insulating material over exposed chiller pipe. Again leak testing & dehydration of chiller coil by using cold/hot trap system process till proper dehydration, also use of halogen lights or heaters as required at site and vacume to be done of complete chiller circuit /system and refill the refrigerant R-22 (as per OEM) and replacement of compressor oil complete work incl testing & commissioning of whole chiller system till rectification of all defect of evaporaters. Note: Refrigerent will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Supply & fix in replacement of expansion valve for 25 TR scroll compressor, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of expansion valve for 30 TR, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement discharge/suction/oil pressure sensor suitable for reciprocating compressor of capacity 0-20 Bar for 30 TR, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for descaling of shell and tube type water cooled condenser and chillers shells of capacity 100TR capacity (4x25) including chiller unit & chiller pipe lines with MS shell and integral copper tubes with safety valve with Descaling compound (Copper Friendly) through cleaning with descaling brush with rod (7' long) and circulating by descaling water pump, replacement of gasket set and other minor parts, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) PH value of circulation water after descealing of condenser is tested and it must be lies between 6 to 8, If PH value does not found satisfactory.
