Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exec. 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all specified and dirtected.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of stone masonry in CM (1:4) rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of oil bound distemper on walls including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, along with chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint over cement primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each (w/o taking off shutters from the frames ) complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for preparation of old Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm Thick PCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, under Tiles and etc all as specified and directed

M&L second class soft wood timber frame fixed in scantling clean sawn for roofing ceiling , for wall panelling etc over 40 sqcm in section including dismantling unserviceable timber complete all as specified.
