Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100(eighty-hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III, 53mm to 22.4mm ( Fifty three millimeters to twenty two point four millimeters) size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor at rate of 0.225 kg. (Zero point two two five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared bituminous surface and cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per MORD technical specifications clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH (forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix Batch type/Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten ) @ 5% (five percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down, rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve-fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MPa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete mix 1: 4: 8 ( one cement: four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size in all heights / depths in or under water including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, ( surface and sub soil water ) and removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete in all type of structure like retaining walls, breast walls and the like etcetera . as per drawing and as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1604 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm ( Eighty millimeters) in grey and coloured shade make over sand base as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
