Providing Annual Maintenance Services to VOICE Project of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation i.e., maintenance of Computers hardware with peripherals and software maintenance (Oracle DBA maintenance) and Facility Management Services for Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, UPSs and HUBs & Switches etc. situated at various offices of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation as per the directions of VOICE In-charge and VMC Authorities. The Contract shall include a) Maintenance of 4Nos. of Servers, 260Nos. of Desktop Systems, 75Nos. of All in One Systems, 45Nos. of Laptops, 1No. Richo Gistner Copier, 2Nos. of A3 Colour copier cum priner, 186Nos. of Printers, 26Nos. of A3 Printer cum xerox machines, 44Nos. of ADF Scanners, 12Nos. of Cash Counting Machines, 4Nos. of Poly make Video Conference Systems (service only), 1No. 10KVA UPS, 1No. 5KVA UPS, 29Nos. 1KVA UPS, 31Nos. of 8port Switches, 10Nos. of 16port Switches, 20Nos. of 24port Switches, including replacement of spares like Monitors, Key Boards, Mouses and internal peripherals etc. by engaging 3 Resident Hardware & Network Engineers and 1 DBA Support Engineer. b) 24 x 7 Maintenance of Software i.e., Oracle DBA maintenance duly engaging DBA Support Engineer c) Man Power: i) Resident Hardware & Network Engineers - 3 Nos. ii) DBA Support Engineer - 1 No. d) Any other maintenance work assigned by the VOICE In-charge. (One Year Maintanance)
