Taking down existing theatre/auditorium chairs including removal of seat and back cushions, armrests and anchoring bolts, carefully dismantling from the floor without damage to the structure; cleaning of fixing area; storing chairs to nearby store and re-fixing the same in original or new alignment including drilling, providing new anchor fasteners/bolts as required, leveling, alignment, tightening, and making good the floor finish around anchor points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unsv corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl ridge all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses, purlins, rafter, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets (Beam, tee, angle, channel or hollow steel section) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-290-W (Gde-E-165) quality B complete all as specified.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards, fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,all as specified.

Supply and fixing 30mm thick ACOUSTIC PERFORATED PRELAM PVC WALL PANELLING consisting of PVC Perforated panels having wall thickness of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg /Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company, and the desired thickness of Glasswool/ Rockwool pasted with perforated sheet with suitable adhesive.The strips should have in their center a grove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S. screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. the wall using screws of adequate length. The screws shall be placed at a distance of 150mm and shall be 25mm from the edge of the insulated panel on all four sides of the panel. The PVC Strips of 5mm ( ± 0.25 ) thick PVC Sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck using solvent cement adhesive at the places where two panels are joined, so as to cover the screw of both the panels, using solvent cement. 900 heat bent strips of 5mm thick PVC sheets of width 75mm x 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at wall joints / pillars etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

Supply and fixing30mm thick Prelam Perforated PVC False Ceiling made of 5mm wall thickness PVC perforated sheet of size 600mm x 600mm. On 25mm Glasswool/ Rockwool 5.0mm (±0.25) Prelam perforated PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg /Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001 - 2015 certified company, is stuck with glasswool on one side with suitable adhesive. The panel is inserted in a frame made of anodised Aluminum or GI 'T' section of size 1''x1'' (25mm x 25mm) in square type grid of size 2' x 2' (600mm x 600mm). The aluminium/ GI framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 6mm M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level. The aluminium/GI framework is supported on side wall with the help of aluminium/GI "L" section of size 1"x1" (25x25mm) angles. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.
