Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2x200 KVA capacity, 3-phase input / 3 phase output online UPS with double conversion IGBT technology with suitable rated isolation transformer to drive constant current regulators & suitable for 100% unbalanced load as per technical specifications/data sheet enclosed. The UPS shall have built in automatic static by pass, active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, input/output isolation, compatibility with generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communication- RS232 port and user friendly LCD display, suitable to operate at 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase AC supply and capable to load 2 phase & single phase loads on 3phase output with 100% unbalanced and necessary safety protections. The job also includes supply and connecting required/suitable size & number of VRLA SMF batteries shall have minimum 173913 DC Watts per each UPS and to give a backup time of minimum 30 minutes per each UPS along with battery rack, connectors, wiring between battery bank and UPS with insulated copper conductor of required size as per site condition with parallel redundant system configuration for equal sharing of load etc., complete as required. (Make shall be from the list of approved makes only).

Supply of following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to relevant IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date amendments.

Supply and fixing of 400 A, 50KA, 4P MCCB with thermal magnetic, ground fault trip function, suitable Spreaders and i/c Extended Rotary operating Mechanism in the existing spare compartment at LT power supply panel i/c Supply and fixing of suitable sized TP& N Aluminium busbars from common busbar to MCCB and up to Outgoing Compartment on rear side. The scope of work covers supply and fixing 3 Ph, 4W, LCD multi function meter having accuracy class 1.0 on the front openable door, with suitable CT's on the outgoing side of MCCB and incluidng its wiring harness, etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 400A wall mounted Enclosure made out of 14SWG CRCA sheet, powder coated consisting 4P, 400A MCCB, 36KA, Thermal Magnetic with O/C & S/C protection, with extended operating handle and have suitable space to accommodate 3.5C x300 Sq.mm Al. Cable at either side of MCCB (i.e., bottom & Top) and with gland plate,etc., complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UPS Output panel - cubicle type body made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet,totally enclosed, IP 42, wall mounted with channel base frame (i/c suitable sized MS L-angle for bottom support as per site requirement), dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with extensible busbars, including control wiring with 2.5 sq mm size FRLS wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. including supply & installation of following switchgears,metering instruments and accessories as per specifications. (Cable entry from Bottom) (A) INCOMER a) 2 Nos.-400 Amp, 36KA, 4P Moulded Case Circuit Breaker with Thermal Magnetic release with O/C and S/C protection and extended ROM b) 2 Nos. digital multifunction meter, Class 1.0, LCD type including suitable rating CTs for 3 phase, 4 wire operation. c) 2 Set of RYB phase indicating lamps controlled by MCB. d) 2 Nos. of ON/OFF/TRIP Indication lamp. (B) BUSBARS 800 Amp TPN busbars of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, powder coated, fully enclosed, compartmentalized Add-on LT cubical panel having size not more than 2000mm (H) X 750mm (L) X 750mm (D) to the existing LT CCR panel including providing and extension of 600A TPN Aluminium Busbar and with following switchgear and as per the technical specification and complete as required. i) 4 Pole, 160A MCCB, 36KA, Thermal magnatic with O/C & S/C and ammeter and ON/OFF Indications - 04 Nos. ii) 4 Pole, 63A MCCB, 36KA, Thermal magnatic with O/C & S/C and ammeter and ON/OFF Indications - 01 No. Note: Provision of cable entry at bottom on rear side of the panel as available in the existing panel.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
