PART-I:-Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided ,complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise pprovided for, complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete all as specified.

Cleaning/desilting of the drains by removing foreign materials / silt/ greasy materials / earth from the drains, bed/bottom width of drain not exc. 30 cm, removing the excavated material from site to a distance exc 250 mtrs but not exc. 500 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/desilting of the drains by removing foreign materials /site/greasy materials / earth from the drains, bed/bottom width of drain exc. 30cm but not exc. 60cm, removing the excavated material from site to a distance exc 250 mtrs but not exc. 500mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

MS angle iron work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm long butt not exc 10 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as speciied.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply Only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured)

Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to steel members ( Weight not Exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm), Complete all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with retrived stone under item No.01, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), but except stone all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in bed/bottom of drains channels including forms, moulds, and finishing surfaces of concrete even both and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-25 (Design mix), (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, all as specified.

Applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat white wash including preparation of surface complete, all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/below tiles, 75mm thick , surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/path/road side berms etc , 100mm thick, surface finished even and fair ,all as specified. Note:- Cost of form work shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted (straight or curved).

Providing M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in 35mm thick precast cement louvres and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batterrough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified. Note :- Form work and reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-25 (Design mix), (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, all as specified.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Hand packing (any thickness)of broken stone or boulder at back of walls near weep holes etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes of bore 75mm complete, fixed complete all as specified.
