The outdoor unit shall be a factory assembled unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed from rust-proofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish.The outdoor unit shall have scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one of compressor. Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping etc. Condensor Shall have with Hydrophlic Coating and Corrision Resistance Black Coating Ocean Black Fin.All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor. Providing Comprehensive Maintenance for a period of five years including One year warranty period from the date of commissioning and having handing over of the equipment to the owner as cetified by the Engineer –In-Charge. The contractor shall guarantee against all defects of materials and workship for the period of Five year including the Compressor any defects arising during this Comprehensive Maintenance period shall be rectified and made good by the ventor at his own risk and cost to the satisfaction of owner. The contractor will provide sufficient number of service /Operator team [Available 12 Hours] along with service spares during the guarantee [Defect] period at site. Any defects including drain,arising, will be attended with in 24 Hours, the rates quotated by the contractor shall be complete including cost off all labour and materials etc.
