Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) with 300 mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, final taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5m from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5m from ground level/coping and also write the pole No on the surface of pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV street lights and supply fixing LED Street light fitting 35 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed Note:- LM79 & LM80 test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.

Taking down old UNSV street lights and supply fixing LED Street light fitting 60 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast 60 aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed Note:- LM79 & LM80 test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.

Taking down old UNSV street lights and supply fixing LED Street light fitting 90 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed Note:- LM79 & LM80 test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.

Taking down unserviceable LED Street light fitting of capacity 35/60/70 watt from LT Pole and replacement of unsv electronic driver/controller of suitable capacity and making LED light seviceable and refixing on LT Pole complete all as directed.Note:- LM79 & LM80 test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.

Taking down old/unsv flood lights from high mast light of any type and Supply and fixing LED flood light of capacity 120 watt IP 66 Luminaries with aluminium die cast housing toughened glass and unique lens system for enhancement illumination with all accessories complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unsv brackets & Supply and fixing street light bracket for street light fittings made to shape as directed out of G.I. pipe light grade 40mm bore 1.5 mr long including fixing of light fittings and bracket with MS clamps, nuts and bolts of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed.

PVC conduit heavy duty of size 20 mm dia from looping box to Street light connector, holding in MS clamp of size 25X2 mm thick at every one mtr used in each pole 04 Nos of clamps with necessary nut, bolts and washers etc and including PVC sheathed three core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from looping box to light fitting connector and including taking down of old unserviceable items, complete all as specified and directed.

Flat aluminium cable size1.5 Sqmm x 3 core required for street light connection incl PVC Conduit with & including taking down burnt old unsv cable of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old /unsv earthing and Material, Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground leel, connecting to the Galvanised earthing lead strip 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, heck nuts and washers of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape Gl medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, test point made out of 40mm x 8mm Fl with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-1991 Part I and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated incl testing on completion.
