Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring for (light, fan, bell, socket power socket etc.) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, lamp holder, bracket light fittings, tube light fittings, regulators, ceiling rose , mirror light fitting , ceiling light fitting, fancy light fitting , fall ceiling light fitting, bell/ buzzer and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi standard copper conductor PVC FLRS insulated unsheathed cable including PVC casing capping / PVC Conduit/PVC Conduit concealed (as per site requirement) with accessories, existing pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall) including new 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover with 1.50 Sqmm insulated unsheathed PVC covered copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly, point wiring PVC conduit concealed includes M& L for channel/grooves cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm and width not exc. 15 cm into brick/concrete/stone masonry walls, with or without reinforcement and trimming surface as required including concealing PVC conduit 25 mm dia with required accessories (like junction boxes/bends etc.) and plastering in CM 1:4, applying two coats of approved quality white putty for making good and smooth finish to match the surface with existing specifications of surface etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge for the followings:-

One light point controlled by one way switch.

One fan point/Exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch.

One socket outlet, 5 Amps on the same board.

One socket out, 3 pin, 5 Amps on the independent board.

All as per item No. 2.00 here-in- above but with 2.5 Sq mm single core multi standard copper conductor cable for 6 pin, 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down old U/S distribution boards /metal enclosure complete and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures distribution board where MCB to be used with 200 Amps rated bus bar CL-IP-43 240 V, 8 way single pole & neutral link etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures distribution board where MCB to be used with 200 Amps rated bus bar CL-IP-43, 415 V, 4 way Triple pole & neutral link vertical V type /Horizontal type as per site requirement etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old u/s MCB's of any size & make etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of old u/s light fitting of any type/size etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F LED tube lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC, decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F LED flameproof light fitting 2 X 16 watt with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with led tube light fixture drivers, holders, connections etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED water proof outdoor/garden light, 5 watt, 220 volts AC, with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make -Syska, Model No - SSK-TGL-3791 or equivalent in makes/model mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V, AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F & testing of energy efficient LED Flood light fitting of 200 watt, pole mounting comprising a die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F & testing of energy efficient LED street light fitting of 60 watt, comprising a die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED light fitting mirror type with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt, 220 V, AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for HERITAGE LED Post Ideal to lit up parks, garden ways and heritage sites, 20 Watts etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in –Charge. Make : Crompton, Cat pat no -LPTH-20-CDL or equivalent in makes/model mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

M&L for Inverted Tripod type LED bollard light, 10 watt with soft light distribution etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in –Charge. Make : Crompton cat pat no -LBLSN-10-CDL or equivalent in makes/model mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F LED Solar street light fitting 36 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring in casing capping/conduit pipe of any size etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 6 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor of size 2 Core, 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc. shifting serviceable cable 2 core 10 sqmm for relaying or taking the unserviceable cable as credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and testing of underground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor 2 core 10 sqmm laid in trenches/ duct/ pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to ISI 14930 (Part I and II) for protection of underground cable having outer dia of pipe 50 mm with all fitting laid in trenches/ road/ nallah or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor for cable protection all as specified & directed. Note : Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

S&F in replacement FRP junction box of suitable size for street light central with linked door control including 6 Amp, MCB and SP with aluminium bus bar-04 Nos for controlling street light/garden light etc. complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement single core PVC insulated FR cable with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm cross sectional area, 3 core, 1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed. Note- Cable run through 25 mm PVC pipes with suitable clamp and nut bolts & rate of pipe and clamps in inclusive of unit rate quoted. Nothing extra shall be paid.

S&F in replacement GI Bracket for mounting street light fittings made out of light grade 32mm GI pipe and have angle of 120 degree including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / pump set / equipment body / test point, GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply & laying GI pipe 15 mm dia, light grade for protection of GI earth wire 4.0 mm dia including saddle & other connecting accessories complete all as specified & directed. Note : Quoted rate deems to be include cost of GI Saddle used for fixing GI pipe on wall by using screw and guttis not exceeding distance 0.6 mtr among them

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buries in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated for loop earthing etc. as required 4.0 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire etc. complete all as specified & directed.
