S&F Wall mounted LED batten with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 1 x 20w, 230 volts, bipin holders, DIFFUSED TYPE connector block internally prewired etc with 2 Nos PVC round blocks for mounting arrangements including all accessories with new 3 core multi stranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting and including LED Tube 20W complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Light fitting 1x35 Watt complete with Bracket made out GI pipe light grade 25mm of L Shape 1.5 Mtr long incl clamps and nuts botls etc , complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC multistranded stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 4 square mm and drawing through PVC casing and caping of 20mm dia with accessories on surface in wall/roof along with one run of 4 square mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to earth and earth dolly, connecting to main board including removing the existing wiring and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 4 Square mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as 1 unit of running metre. Cutting/chases will me measured and paid seperately.

M&L Providing earthing with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, the top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers made out of GI / steel earth wire protected by GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore, 20mm dia light grade galvanised iron pipe with funnel wire mesh for watering and connecting to main switch board / control board all s shown in electrical plate of SSR Pt - I connected to earthing test point and including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20 mm graded aggregate in pit, 50 mm thick reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate cover duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised iron funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, complete.
