M & L for breaking of hard rock boulder located at height of 10mtr(approx) from road level using non explosive cracking agent/ chemical of approved manufacturer by drilling holes of minimum diametre 30mm and spacing of holes not exc 30cm and providing the chemical and removing the brocken pieces of rocks safely from the location of rock breaking to a distance of 100m without causing any damage to nearby houses/ structures and injuries to any person including all scaffolding and approaches to the location. Note :- (i) Breaking of rock boulders is going to be carried out at steep terrain, below which road and houses are situated. Hence, providing all necessary safety precautions such as adequate cushion over the adjacent road, placing adequate sand bags, placing necessary warning boards and any other precautions to avoid rolling down of rock pieces to the nearby houses/ structures are covered under the scope of work. The quoted rates are deemed to be included for all such provisions. Nothing extra shall be payable in this account.

Bituminous semidense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Viscosity Grade 30 bitumen) paving bituman by weight of total mix using hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibratory roller HD 99 VV or equivalent roller complete all as specified and directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on new road surface/ pavement and the line n.exc. 10 cm wide and 2.0 mm thick using hot thermo plastic road marking paint for centre line and pedestrian crossing mixed reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm all as specified on finished road surface in moltan state using suitable mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone size(450x300x150mm) of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed incl necessary earthwork.

Preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Design shall be vetted through recognized institution such as IIT/ NIT and as approved by the Accepting Officer. Specialized technology provider for technical guidance shall be appointed byb the contractor, the agency of the same shall be approved by the Accepting Officer and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Installation of Sigma Mesh and Anchor nails as per approved design, construction drawings and methods complete as per technical specification and project requirement

Conducting On site Anchor Pullout Test ( verification load tests and proof tests) for Drapery & SDA System installed including Mobilization and demobilization of all equipments and Manpower required for conducting the tests and also submitting the reports in both Hard copies and soft copies

M & L for installation of fully threaded TerraNail dulyn mixing and filling with for every one metre 50 kgs cement along with 0.5% of grout admixture by weight of cement including drilling, grouting a sper approved design, construction drawings and methodes complete as per technical specification and project requirement all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of weather proof street light junction boxes made out of Thermo plastic ( polycarbonate or polypropylrnr), IP 65/66 consisting of 4 nos of connectors of capacity 63 amps 415V suitable with proper closing arrangement, connector for neutral link including pole mounting clamp with nut bolts.The box should have two cable entry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of Copper cable flexible 1.5 Sqmm 3 core 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable street light fitting with LED street light fittings on poles of any height upto 11m using proper ladder arrangements. LED street light Luminaire must have following specifications: minimum 60 watts capacity ,240V, 50Hz made out of pressure die cast housing, IP 65/66 rating, luminous efficacy above 120 Lm/W, 10kv surge protection, beam angle min 90°complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary fixtures needed to fix the street light fitting in pole of any dia has to be included in the quoted rate. LM79 report by NABL accredited lab has to be submitted.

Light grade GI pipe of 40 mm dia for cable protection inside pole coping from ground to junction box complete all as specified and as directed.
