SPL REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP AT JODHPUR MIL STN UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 01 JODHPUR

Amount

(a) Removing existing old and u/s Long rail from Charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fix new long rail of GI Pipe ,32mm bore medium grade ISI marked ,threaded at both ends,fixed in position complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

(b) Removing existing old and u/s short rail of Charpoy GI Pipe and fabrication and fixing of Short rail by cutting and converting from long rail obtained here-in-before,threading both ends complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

(c ) Removing existing old and unserviceable legs from Charpoy GI Pipe and fabrication and fixing of legs by cutting and converting from short rails obtained here-in-before ,cutting and threading at one end and supply and fixing MS bottom plate ,3mm thick,40mm dia by welding at other end of legs including provision of two parallel MS clamps made of 25X3mm flat iron duly welded for MNF set fixed in position and painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint black over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

(d) Removing existing old unserviceable GI Checknut from the frame of Charpoy GI 32mm bore and supply and fixing new check nut ,fixed in position complete all as shown on drawing and directed .

(e) Removing existing old unserviceable GI Elbow 32mm dia from the frame of Charpoy GI and supply & fixing new GI Elbow ISI marked ,fixed in position complete all as shown on drawing and directed .

(f) Removing unserviceable Nylon Newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose components of complete charpoy and S & F Plywood 12mm thick BWP grade with mild steel galvanized iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length including S&F three stiffener made out of flat iron 900x50x5mm duly painted with two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed over the long rails by drilling 01 No holes in flat iron and long rail on both sides of every stiffener and fixed with semicircular top bolts of 6mm diax75 mm long and semi circular bolts of 6mm diax50mm long fixed on middle of every stiffener to fix the ply top, S&F two stiffener made out of flat iron 75x25x5mm duly painted with two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer fixed over and parallel on the short rail by drilling 02 Nos holes in flat iron and short rail and fixed with semi circular top bolts of 6mm diax75mm long on every short rail (Total 10 Nos nut and bolts with semi circular top of 6mm diax75mm long and 03 Nos nut and bolts with semi circular top of 6mm diax50mm long with steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
