| 1.01 | Repair/Rewinding of 750 KVA, 11 KV/415 V Power Transformer
The work shall include the following:
Complete Rewinding
Complete rewinding of HV and/or LV windings using copper conductor/wire only.
Transformer Oil
Providing, filtration, and testing of transformer oil to meet applicable IS/IEC standards.
Replacement/top-up of oil, if required.
Oil Leakage Rectification
Identification and complete arrest of all transformer oil leakages, including replacement of gaskets, seals, and associated components.
Painting
Painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of smoke grey/green colour.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Carrying out all routine and pre-commissioning tests such as: IR tests, Winding resistance, Oil BDV test etc.
Replacement of LT Jumpers/Connectors
Replacement of LT Jumpers/connectors with suitably rated AL Bus bars and connecting to the existing Bus bar at LT side.
Associated Works & Spares
Supply and replacement of all required spares, consumables, accessories, and materials necessary for complete rewinding, testing, and making the transformer ready for operation.
Dismantling, Transportation & Re-installation
Dismantling of the transformer at site.
Loading, transportation to the contractor’s workshop, and unloading after completion of repair.
Transportation back to site, placement, erection, reconnection, and commissioning including all accessories.
Standby Transformer Arrangement
Arrangement and deployment of a standby transformer of a minimum 750 kVA capacity for the entire duration during which the existing transformer is under repair.
