Dismantling and removing existing MS window grill and old wooden window frame, including cutting of members wherever required, carefully detaching from masonry, lowering, stacking serviceable materials as and disposing unserviceable materials outside the site, including making good the disturbed portions of wall, plaster and finishes complete

Providing, fabricating and fixing fixed type glazed window with decorative wall panelling above window opening, comprising of powder-coated / anodized aluminium frame with non-operable fixed glazing, fitted with 5.5 mm thick clear float glass (or equivalent approved glass), including rubber / EPDM beading, glazing clips, setting blocks, screws, anchors and sealing of all joints with approved silicone sealant; and providing and fixing decorative wall panelling above the window opening up to ceiling level made from 12 mm thick factory pre-laminated hardener sheets of approved make, colour and texture, mounted on aluminium section framework, including necessary brackets, cleats, SS screws, fasteners, edge finishing, uniform groove alignment, neat joint finishing, cleaning of finished surfaces, making good the disturbed portions and completing the entire work

Dismantling and removing existing MS cable tray, including cutting, unfastening, lowering, stacking of serviceable material as directed and disposal of unserviceable material outside site

Providing, fabricating and fixing decorative U-shaped cable tray casing along wall, made from 18 mm thick BWP plywood / commercial plywood of approved quality, forming U-shape profile of 8 inches horizontal projection on wall, 8 inches vertical depth and 8 inches vertical return, fixed on suitable wooden / aluminium framework, including necessary brackets, anchors, screws, fasteners, cutting, shaping, levelling and alignment; finished externally with decorative fluted panels of approved make and shade, including fixing, edge finishing, joint alignment, neat finishing, providing necessary access openings for cable maintenance, cleaning of surfaces and making good the disturbed portions complete

Providing, fabricating and fixing flush type wooden door shutter of size 3’-0” × 6’-6”, made from 35 mm thick solid core / block board flush shutter of approved quality, finished on both sides with 1.0 mm thick decorative Sunmica laminate of approved make, colour and texture, including bonding with approved adhesive, edge banding, necessary grooves and finishing; and providing and fixing wooden door frame (chowkat) made from approved quality hardwood / sal wood / equivalent section, including holdfasts, anchors, screws and fixtures, fixing in position in true line, level and plumb; complete with stainless steel hinges, tower bolt, door stopper, handle, lock provision, cutting, fitting, finishing and making good the surrounding masonry complete
