Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using liquid WPC over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement up to 4th storey complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres over two coats of external cement putty (minimum thickness 1 mm), to get a smooth and tint free surface, up to 4 storey height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks properly and finally washing with water jet of wall and applying two coat of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres over two coats of external cement putty (minimum thickness 1 mm), to get a smooth and tint free surface, up to 4 storey height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for treating holes, cracks etc. up to 5mm by making "V" groove using Patti blades and filling the cracks with ready to use crack fillers of approved make (Fosroc or equivalent) all as specified and allowed to dry, up to 4 storey height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for treating holes, cracks etc. more than 5mm and up to 10mm, by making "V" groove using Patti blades and filling the cracks with cement and sand aggregate mixture developed with polymer modified mortar (PMM) with suitable polymers like Home shield crack fill paste, Home shield advance latex plus and home shield cement mi plus (Berger make or equivalent) and allowed to dry, up to 4-storey complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for weeding out plants/ bushes including roots from the roof and walls of building and applying weedicide, (Imazethapyr 10% SI or equivalent) around the roots & bushes removed area not exc 3.00 Sqm and making good the disturbed surface if required, complete all as specified and as directed.
