Processing of spot bills and allied works
Providing software application as a service for processing of spot bills having Meter Reader App, Consumer App, Supervisor App, Monitoring interface, Reporting Interface, periodoic system upgrades, Security upgrades, additinal features updated from time to time, periodic major overhauls of software, server space liecenses, requisite certificate, including software licensing and all related charges.
Processing the water billing data. Making necessary addition/modification to consumer data including generation of QR codes for payments. Syncing of consumer data on the spot billing machines. Supply of consumables for standard reports & MIS reports for bill printing and consumer ledgers as requested by the department delivery of hard copies & soft copies to and from the PWD office periodically. Generation of standard periodical reports such as ledger report bill summary report, arrears report, faulty meter report,category wise revenue comparative and billing statements, DCB statements etc as directed by the engineer incharges.
Providing API's to nominated banks, approved payment gateways for online payment processing the payment details including processing of counterfoils received from subdivisions, book adjusements and syncing data for online payments through API's Electronic bar code based sorting of bills. Sorting of paid bills compiling and updating of payment details of paid bills.
Providing API's to department , syncing and updation as required for case of buisness.
Providing dedicated staff for coordination with the field meter readers and with the office staff of the department fot tech/hardware related issues and for processing of water billing data management, Printing and issuing of duplicate bills, corrected bills etc.
All maintenance of the printing machine as well as the mobile phones & making requisite payments of monthly data charges for spot billing machine, so as to keep the equipments in perfect working conditions, on a regular and timely basis.
S.M.S, E-mail notification on generation of new bill to the consumers with registered mobile number and E-mail ID.
Providing access to the application software to department officials. Hand over of the staff copy of billing data in their possession periodically and complete data.
Supply of spot billing machine with necessary Sim Card, O.S. and apps and carry bag
Supply of hand held bluetooth printer compatible with SBM and carry bag
