REPAIR MAINT OF FILTRATION PLANT WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT GE RAMGARH

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/ gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trenches/wall/ceiling /floor suitable for 15mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trenches/wall/ceiling /floor suitable for 20mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trenches/wall/ceiling /floor suitable for 25mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (i) Cost of spares fittings as & when required be deemed to include in unit rate quoted by bidder (ii) Excavation and earthwork shall be included in unit rate quoted by bidder. (iii) cost of all T&P shall be included in quoted rates (iv) Cost of lead joint, spun yarn, gland packing etc., shall be included in unit rate quoted by bidder

S & F for cast iron sluice valve 150mm dia, with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS:14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts and washers of required size and Nos, complete including removing /taking down of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for single brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 900mmx 900mm x 900 mm(internal dimensions) with 3.15 mm thick steel sheet cover fixed two Nos stainless steel hinge of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm thick mild steel sheet cover & angle iron frame shall be painted with two coat black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal & exposed surface of valve pit including necessary excavation & earth work etc including dismantling of existing valve pit chamber complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and mix potash alum crystal ( fitkari ) suitable for purification of swimming pool water in the form of solid lumps /slabs from the manufacurer having valid BIS certificate as specified in table -1 of IS : 299-2012 complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- Unit weight will be measured & paid through as per B.O.O)

Supply only of calcium Hypo Chlorite ganular in facory sealed HDPE container (45 Kg of each pack) decomposing at 177 ⁰ C, Mol wt - 142.98, Toxicity: Oral rat LD : 850mg/Kg having chlorination concentration level 65% to 70% complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Unit weight will be measured & paid through as per B.O.O)
