PART I BALANCE WORK
APPENDIX-A ROAD WORK AT SADDLE DAM
Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom as directed by the Engineer in charge
Providing 2cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm size and 11.2mm size respectively, per 100 Sqm and using 52 Kg and 56Kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 10 tonne capacity as directed by the Engineer in charge (tack coat to be paid for seperately).
Providing and laying seal coat over prepared surface of road with bitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set spraying using 98Kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 and blending surface with 0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7mm size (passing 11.2mm seive and retained on 2.36mm seive) per 100 Sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with power roller etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..
APPENDIX B:- EPOXY PLASTERING TO THE OGEE PORTION OF SPILLWAY
Cement concrete 1:1:2 using 20mm nominal size broken stones, manufacutured sand for filling pot holes on the surface of ogee spill way after chiselling the eroded portions to correct shape including cleaning and grouting the surface, cost and conveyance of all materials, conveyance, labour charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Plastering using epoxy mortar CERA SCREED EP on ogee portion of spillway after cleaning the surface by chuckling including all cost of materials, labour charges, supervision charge of manufacturor as directed by the Engineer in charge.
APPENDIX -C-CONSTRUCTION OF WATCH TOWER
Earth work in excavation by mechnical means (Hydralic excavator)/ Mannual means over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Rough stone dry packing using blasted rubble with 5% chips for aprons to path way as directed by the Engineer in charge.
PART II - RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
APPENDIX-A ROAD WORK FROM KSEB JUNCTION TO DAM TOP ROAD AND MAIN GATE TO KSEB
Supplying 36mm broken stones and stacking on road sides in standard heaps for measurement including all cost and conveyance of matrials and labour charges as directed by the Engineer in charge, for pot hole filling.
Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distibutory including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing bitumen levelling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm departmentalmetal brocken stone by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen, conveyance, heating, mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roller and other sundry stores as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
