NAME OF WORK: Selection of Contractors for Road Transportation of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) in Small Pack and Barrel from DEF Plant Barauni, Bihar to locations within and outside the State.

Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2022-23/PT-158 II E-Tender ID: 2023_ERO_161299_1 Important Notes: 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in blue coloured cells, without changing any format. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. The total amount mentioned in the BOQ is for one year of approximate job volume and rates are excluding GST. GST as applicable will be paid extra, as mentioned in the Tender Document. 4. Reverse Auction will be undertaken for finalization of the tender as mentioned in Tender Document. 5. Duly filled price bid is to be uploaded in Financial packet only, in case of uploading price bid in any place other than financial packet, entire bid of the tendere will be liable for rejection. 6. The calculation of 'Total amount for one year excluding GST' has bee worked out as follows : [(yearly volume to be transported , in KL) X {(Estimated transport rate excl GST in Rs / Brl) / 0.21}]. The volume of each barrel is 210 ltr. Hence the Estimated transport rate excl GST in Rs / Brl has been converted to Estimated transport rate excl GST in Rs / KL by dividing it with the factor 0.21. {(Estimated transport rate excl GST in Rs / Brl) / 210} X 1000 i.e. (Estimated transport rate excl GST in Rs / Brl) / 0.21. 7. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same.
