Reshelling of Mills Rollers with integrated collar, as per drawing with test certificate. The size of the shell should be:- Top Roller (conventional) : 830x1500 mm, Discharge Roller : 830x1500 mm, Feed Roller: 830x1500 mm

Reshelling of mills Top Rollers (Lotus Type) with collar, the quantity of nozzles 280 nos. (approx.) as per drawings with test certificate. The size of the shell should be :- Top roller : 830x1500mm

Reshelling of Mills Top Rollers (Semi-Couch Type) with quantity of Nozzles 840 nos. (Approx.) with test certificate. The size of the shell should be :- Top Roller: 830x1500mm(Note:- Material Composition of Re-shelling should be:- Carbon: 3.20 to 3.60% Magnese: 2.20 to 3.20% Sillicon: 1.20 to 2.20% Phosphorus: 0.50% Maximum Sulphur: 0.15% Maximum Material Confirmed: IS-11201-1985 i) You have to submit test certificate of material composition. ii) You have submit Ultrasonic Test report of the shaft. iii) Shell composition may be got checked by the mills from any reputed lab. As like M/s Shree Ram Institute for Industrial Research, New Delhi iv) Qty. of reshelling of rollers may be increased or decreased as per requirement. )
