S & F Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. M & L for Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) as in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for grinding of existing terrazzo floor with suitable grit size carborandum stones and removing black spots and other faded surfaces on existing terrazzo floor with mechanical, hand grinding, grouting with suitable neat cement grit of same colour cement of the original floor, washing the surfaces clean and rubbing hard with slightly mustered felt with axalic acid and polishing floor with felt or hessian base cloth and making the floor bright with polish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L white Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Marble tiles to be provided to cooking platforms, window cills, treads and raisers of steps shall be of single piece of full length with rounding off edge on front face. Wherethe complete step gets replaced.

M & L for Repairing of cracks by Cutting out cracks to V-section to a depth of 50mm minimum or to the full depth of crack in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical and brush bond of FOSROC Chemical as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams facias, slabs & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive guniting/plastering including necessary scafolding all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing pressure guniting on existing pealed concrete surfaces 30 mm thick average in cement mortar 1:3 for soffits of slabs, parapets, Chajjas etc. and applying Epoxy Treatment [Nito Bond AR of M/s. Fosroc / suitable chemical in M/s. Dr. Fixit / Araldite] and application of one coat of nito zinc primer to exposed reinforcement where required prior to guniting to facilitate proper bonding with old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary steel scaffolding and removal of the same after completion of work.

Material and Labour for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying slurry all as per technical specification for work upto 2nd floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cutting of saplings of any size from buildings in any situation & at any height including removal of roots from roof/wall including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturers instructions and making good disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 Type Bo (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.
