Description or specification of items of

The provision has been made for clearing vegetation including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

The provision has been made for Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

The provision has been made for Removal of malba which are already at site(dumped stones or malba)and will be generate during trenching; including stacking of serviceable and unserviceable material separately and disposal of unserviceable material, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed material to be neatly dressed.

The provision has been made for Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Anti termite treatment of lawn area through Chlorpyriphos 20% E.C. 5 liter diluted in 995 liters water and applying solution @1.00litre solution per sqm each application in lawn / bed area (two application) i/c cost of chemical) and as per direction of work-in- charge.

The provision has been made for Supplying and stacking of goodearth at site including royalty and carriage upto5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

The provision has been made for Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 20 km. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or goodearth in required thickness per direction of work-in-charge(cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

The provision has been made for Flooding the ground with watering including making kiaries and dismantling the same.

The provision has been made for Fine dressing of the ground.

The provision has been made for Preparation of beds for seasonal and permanent flower beds by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for necessary).

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the good earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of2:1byvolume(2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately).

The provision has been made for Trenching in ordinary soil for electric wire connection up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth.

The provision has been made for providing and fixing 50 mm chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot and cold-water supply including all cpvc plains and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step cpvc solvent cement, trenching, refilling and testing of joints complete. The rate is based on civil.

The provision has been made for supplying of control valve, fittings and pvc garden bibcock/water tape, other accessories(reputed brand)for installation of irrigation system in the garden. (As per direction of the work in charge)

The provision has been made for charges of electrician for electrical works in the garden. (As per direction of the work in charge)

The provision has been made for providing and fixing of 25 mm chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot and cold-water supply including all cpvc plains and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step cpvc solvent cement, trenching, refilling and testing of joints complete.

The provision has been made for supply and fittings of polyethylene water storage tank with cover and suitable locking arrangement (branded) 4000-liter capacity 3 layer complete to store the water for proper irrigation in thegarden.

The provision has been made for supplying of 2.5sqm2 core copper cable with roll pipe (blackcolor) for outer cover installed at garden for made electric connection in the lawn.

The provision has been made for excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in widthor10sqmonplan), including dressing of side sand ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

The provision has been made for Providing and laying cement concrete (1:2:4) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

The provision has been made for Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (no modular) bricks of class designation7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in. Rate is based on

The provision has been made for Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

The provision has been made for Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90ltr/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

The provision has been made for supply of electrical items like motor panel board, mcb, ply board, other electrical accessories etc for centrifugal/overhead motor pump set for proper running of motor pump in the garden. (As per direction of work in charge)

The provision has been made for Providing, stacking and Displaying Tecoma Dwarf well developed fresh &healthy foliage 25 cm to 40 cm ht. bushy plant at blooming stage in 20 cm Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in charge.

The provision has been made for Providing and stacking of Hibiscus rosasinensis of height 90-105 cm., bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the work-in- charge.

The provision has been made for Providing and stacking of Gardenia jasminoides of height 45-60 cm. with 3-4 branches in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the work-in-charge.

The provision has been made for Croton Golden specimen having ht. 90 cm to 105 cm with 5 to 6 branches, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage in 30 cm size of Earthen pot /Plastic pot

The provision has been made for Providing and stacking Clerodendrum inerme having ht. 25 cm to 30 cm multi branched in 25 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot and as per direction of the work-in-charge.
