   Tenderers are required to submit their offers by filling up the e-tender form on the website itself after making the payment of the requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), unless exempted as per provisions under Para 6.0 of Section-I of ECoR tender conditions.

   Tenderers other than those who are eligible for exemption from paying Earnest Money as detailed in Para 6.1 of Section I of ECoR tender conditions shall be required to pay Earnest Money Deposit on or before tender opening date, failing which their offers shall be summarily rejected. EMD should be submitted online only through the payment gateway as available on IREPS website.

   Annexure-B attached along with the bid document pertaining to "Code of Integrity, Obligations for proactive disclosures, Misdemeanor and Penalties for misdemeanours" shall be applicable. I/We hereby certify that no other concerns or affiliates (such as having common partner/ director /promoter/owner/ holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices.
