Dismentalling & removing GCI or AC sheet from roof surface, including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as directed E.I.C.

Providing sand filling foundation and plinth including watering and ramming etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size C.B. stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.50 m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete or as per direction of E.I.C.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix with 12mm size stone aggregates including cost ,carriage , royality,taxces of all materials T & P and cost of labour as per Specification & Direction of E.I.C.

Fly ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) using bricks of size (25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8Cm.) in Superstructure etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) over Brick Masonry finished smooth in Out side wall etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing iron angle for trusses, purlins etc. complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of GCI sheet on roof drilling holes fixing wind ties including fixing of Ridges, with cost of all labour ,all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'0" center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0"x2'0" with 12mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Applying two coat of Weather coat of approved shade including cost of weathercoat including all etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved Enamel Paint on wood work and Steel work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
