REPAIRS TO CHEQURED TILE FOOTPATH HARD STANDING AND DRAIN AT INA EZHIMALA

Demolition and removal of old existing reinforced cement concrete of any description, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B-I using 20 mm graded aggregate as in drain cover slabs, manholes etc set in CM (1:6), all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in spacer bars, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D- 2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in subbase complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 50 mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in hard standing/ flooring laid in alternate bays with PVC dividing strips finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, 38 mm width inserted in position, confirm to design all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, levelling course, sub base etc complete as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bond stone etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of use and waste of formwork.

Demolition of stone or boulder sett pavings or pitching of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for stone pitching with rectangular laterite stone of minimum 200mm thickness grouted with cement and sand mortar (1:6) on slopped surfaces to retain the earth, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition & removal of old existing block/ laterite/Stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour PCC precast block (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm aggregate as in kerbstones fixed and jointed with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) Type C1 using 20 mm aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laterite stone masonry exc. 10 cm in width of squared, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, and setting in cement mortar (1:6), all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Stone/Boulder pitching/walling (Except boulders) with old retrieved Stone/Boulder obtained from the site. Stone/Boulder pitching will be grouted with cement and sand mortar (1:6) on slopped surfaces to retain the earth all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4), all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new prepared wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs, Granite, Interlock tiles and Chequered tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour sand filling (50 mm average thickness) under floors in foundations and for laying interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size polished with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set, pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments. Laid over 20mm thick cement screed base (1:6) all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - charge.

Cleaning of covered storm drains by removing RCC slabs and removing the sludge/soil deposited inside the drains and taking out sludge/soil and disposal of the same at a distance n. exc. 500 mtrs from the drain where directed by Engr-In-charge and refixing back the RCC slabs in position and making good to the copings and edges complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be included for dismantling of coping required for removing RCC slabs

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

Material and Labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-290(Gde E 165), all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel screw bolt (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long n exc 10 cm long, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc. using any rolled sections or tubular sections with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, fencing posts and frames, y angles for concertina coils and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs of GI welded mesh fixed on to MS tubular frame. The GI wire used for making welded mesh shall not be less than 3 mm thick and the size of mesh opening shall not be more than 50 mm (The work shall be done upto a height of 20 mts) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8), Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6), Type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4), Type B-2, 75 mm thick using 40 mm graded aggregate as in hard standing/flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4), Type B-1, 25 mm thick using 20 mm graded aggregate as in flooring base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick in paths and hardstanding using with grey cement and pigment laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) with solid blocks, Type C1, using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour 10 mm thick rendering on stone masonry or faces other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour, base preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint over chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor shall obtain design mix for flexural strength concrete from any of the IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering College as approved by GE. The design parameter shall be as per relevant IS.
