All as per item No 01 above but wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke & Halogen, cable and 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke halogen (FR-LSH), cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly for 15 Amps multipurpose socket outlet on independent board, controlled with one way switch. ( Note - S&F in repairs of flame proof switches/sockets, if any, shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and fix in repairs Flame proof fan regulators in aluminium alloy LM 6 construction , certified by CMRS, Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Sudhir switch gears Ltd. Cat No RI/OA/1010 or equivalent of makes given in Appendix B.

Supply and fix in repairs flame proof and weather proof industrial type DBs with and including various combination of incoming and outgoing flame proof MCBs suitable for and including (a) 01 No MCB TPN 63 Amps, C type (incoming) (b) 06 Nos MCB SP 10 Amps C type (c) 2 Nos MCB SP 20 Amps C type, including necessary connection, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs flame proof and weather proof metal clad single pole and neutral with earth enclosure industrial plug and socket with suitable size of flame proof MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps C type, in aluminum alloy LM 6 Construction, certified by CMRS, Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs flame proof and weather proof metal clad triple pole and earth enclosure industrial plug and socket with suitable size of flame proof MCB triple pole 32 Amps C, in aluminum alloy LM 6 Construction, certified by CMRS, Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Flame proof Ceiling fan 1200 mm in aluminum alloy LM 6 Construction , certified by CMRS , Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, including taking down old fan and deposited in Store yard of AGE E&M complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs flame proof weather proof flood light fitting suitable for & including 90 watt LED chips, in cast aluminum alloy LM 79 construction, including driver, reflector, connector block, etc., and all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with copper conductor cable of suitable type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof weather proof flood light fitting suitable for & including 70 watt LED chips, in cast aluminum alloy LM 79 construction, including driver, reflector, connector block, etc., and all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with copper conductor cable of suitable type complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair flame proof well glass fitting suitable for & including 40 Watt LED chips with built in electronic driver in aluminum alloy LM 79 construction and all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with copper conductor cable of suitable type complete all as specified and directed. Note For BOQ Item No 10 to 14:- 1. All Flameproof LED light fittings procured by the contractor shall be pre tested in accordance with LM 79 by manufacturers for individual Flameproof LED products, in their own laboratory accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) or UL or third party laboratory accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)........

.....Contractor shall submit documentary evidence obtained from manufacturer of LED light fitting that laboratory in which testing has been carried is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) along with sample of LED fitting all as specified under relevant PS clause. 2. Guarantee certificate given by the manufacturer shall be submitted to Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair weather proof & flame proof PVC knob suitable for flame proof DBs/Flame proof Switch rotary complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.

Dismantling existing serviceable Flame proof flood light fitting/Tube light fitting any type any make and refixing the same at same or other locations all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All accessories reqd for re-fixing the same viz new nut bolts, washers clamps etc is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
