The agency should have satisfactorily completed Transportation services of 50% of the estimate cost (i.e Rs 37.81 lakhs) to various State/Central Government, state level organization/ MNCs or any other reputed organization in a single tenderer in any one year of the last five years and a certificate to be enclosed in Performa-A of Section XII, to this effect

Copy of Annual Turnover should be Submitted and it is certified by chartered accountant and the cost put to tender(RS 75.62Lakhs) in any Two year in the preceding 5 years. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Annual turnover certificate issued by Chartered accountant with UDIN Number

Line of credit/Solvency Certificate of nationalized banks amount of Rs-22.68 Lakhs should be Submitted

No Black list certificate should be submitted for this particular bid mentioning bid number in stamp paper . Note: Old no black list certificate and certificate on letter head is not considered

The tenderer or bidder should read and acknowledge the Price Schedule, Technical specification and other conditions attached with this tender document before submitting Technical and Financial bid and should submit the acceptance certificate in letter head with seal and sign

The cement factories, waste to energy units can also participate in this tender provided they should submit and comply all the technical requirements whatever applicable mentioned in this tender and they also should submit the transportation arrangements of Refused Derived Fuels from Kaup Town Municipal Council SWM Site to respective Factories/ Units

The cement factories or waste to energy units Participating in this tender should submit the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) or Valid Agreement with transporting agency should be submitted

Price preference and necessary relaxation will be provided to MSME registered bidders as per Karnataka MSMEs Government order NO-FD908 EXP-12/2019 Bengaluru dated 21/7/2020, No- FD 537 EXP-12/2021 dated 25th July 2022, under KTPP rule.
