S&F MS steel flat iron as in wind tie for roof sheet including securing bolts confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall and facia (as per existing design) fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.8mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including welding or soldering joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick n.exc 0.36 Sqm each in floors with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 but in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F light shade Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 but in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thickin riser steps, skirting or dadao and pillar laid over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
