Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil except sheet rock requiring blasting to proper profile with all leads, lifts and delifts to proper section and profile including dressing and levelling the bed upto required depth and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering if necessary from foundation complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, watered and rammed including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour and T&P required for the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) with 40mm & down graded size hand broken H.G. metal for foundation concrete approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with all labour charges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M20 grade using 12 mm and down graded black cbhg chips including all cost, carriage & royalty etc.complete. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe- 415), cutting, bending, cracking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges required for the work etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantaling then after casting including cost of materials etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. For RCC beams,column,girder and bresser etc.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in F & P of size 9"x5"x3" having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour charges etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure of size 9"x5"x3" having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour charges etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finishing smooth to Outside rough surface of 9"/10" thick brick walls after racking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour charges required for the work etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) finishing smooth to Outside rough surface of 9"/10" thick brick walls after racking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour charges required for the work etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel angle iron door & window with steel angle iron frame manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section of 40mmx40mmx6mm size with corners of the frame duly mattered and electrically welded with fishtaile hold fasts made out of MS flat size 200mmx50mmx30mm wide and 5mm thick welded to the frame @ 6 nos per frame with 10mm dia MS round bar to be welded at the day with MS hinges of size 100mm 14SWG thick @ 3 nos and 15mm size 1 no. for single & double leaf shutter, aldrop staple and tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with all labour charges for the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing Vetrified tiles in floors,treads or steps laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (For New work Only)

Supplying ,Fitting and fixing of Vetrified Tiles for dado skirting and riser of steps, with 12 mm thick cp (1:3) with neat cement sluury with all cost of fitting,fixing,complete etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Chequred tiles in floors,treads of steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc all complete.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over priming one coats with ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand on Iron work including labour & material charges.

Distempering two coats on new work with distemper of approved shade as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Primer 1 coat over all plastered surface with water bound cement Primer incld.all cost etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Accrylic wall putty double coat over inside wall surface wih ceiling including all cost etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with two coats weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
