3) Rate/ Charges per Tractor Trolley (in figure) for Lifting of dry leaves and all type of waste (Garbage) from MGSIPA Campus and carriage through Tractor Trolley [Trolley size 10’-0” Length x 6’-0” width x 2’-6” height] and disposal of at suitable dumping place as per Municipal Laws outside MGSIPA Campus (at least one in a month or as per the requirement).

*NOTE: i) *Supervisory Allowance to Head Mali as DC rates of Head Mali and Mali are same. Beside DC rate (wages) meant for Head Mali, MGSIPA will pay him/ her Rs.2,500/- extra per month as supervisory allowance for overseeing/ coordinating/ arranging proper landscaping, flower beds, Gamlas (Flower Pots), Nursery, plants, etc. in MGSIPA through Malis/ with the help of concerned staff of MGSIPA. ii) **As per guidelines issued by the Department of Finance (Finance Personnel-1 Branch), Government of Punjab Chandigarh vide letter (i) No.7/74/2018-1FP1/734-739, dated 27.08.2018; (ii) No. 7/74/2018-1FP1/858-863, dated 11.10.2018 and (iii) No.7/74/2018-1FP1/1539232/1-6, dated 01.08.2019 regarding payment of service charges to the service Providers/ Contractors for hiring of staff on contract through a Service Provider (Outsourced staff) in which it was provided that “at the time of hiring staff on contract of any category through service provider/contractor, maximum services charges paid to the Service Provider/ Contractor shall in no case be more than 2½% (Two and half percent) of the amount of contract”. iii) Conditional Financial/ Price Bid or incomplete Financial/ Price Bid would not be entertained by the Institute and shall be summarily rejected.
