AUTOMATION FROM INTAKE TO SECTOR STORAGE TANKS : The tenderer/firm shall completely automate (Unmanned automation) Rail Trolley based Intake system, Pumping machinery phase-I (Stage-I), Phase-II (Stage-I&II), Water Treatment Plant,Sump Wells, Main Balancing Reservoirs, Sector Storage Tanks of the scheme right from Intake to Sector storage tanks. (As decided by the Engineer-in-Charge) and the above units shall be automated in such a way that these are automattically operated at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the JSV and operated from main SCADA . The entire automation is to be carried out as per the technical data sheets for Electrical, Instrumentation and automation works . Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM/IOT based devices shall be installed at each Main storage tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access . VFD Starter Panels of compatible shall be installed at every pumping location. Compatible PLC, HMI and IOT Panels shall be installed as per requirement. pH sensor, Turbidity Sensor shall be installed in the outlet of Clear water tank, Residual chlorine sensor shall be installed at each Main Storage Tank location to control these parameters. This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module shall have a communication to web data transfer system modle communication. The Control/RTU station shall have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. To automised the entire scheme up to junction points of all above units upto sector storage tanks (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with the department without assigning any reason)as per relevent data sheets and scope of work, the detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the Competent authority. After completion of the Automation/scheme, automation system shall be operated by the firm for 6 months free of cost.
