Providing Pest Control Services as per SCC-technical and tender terms and conditions:

Rodent control should be applied inside building, along perimeter of building, cable trenches and all entry points of control buildings/ FFE sheds of following stations on bimonthly basis which includes initial survey and mopping up operation using live capture and / or snap kill traps followed up by baiting using anti-coagulants/ zinc phosphate 2% W/W or Bromadiolone 0.005% W/W or any ISI approved methods by traping baiting & fumigation with all labours, materials, tools & tackles, equipment, consumables complete as per direction of Owner. Frequency: Bimonthly

Majhergram T-Point station (approximate area 450 SQM)

Lizard, Termite, Mosquito and other general insects control and removal of Honeycombs / beehives should be carried out inside building, along perimeter of control buildings, cable trenches, edge of drainages along with perimeter of control building and shed of following stations by: (1.) Dusting of Insecticide Powder outside along the perimeter of the building, cable trenches, edge of drainages of building etc. by using MP 2 % D.T / Lindane (2.) Spraying of Insecticide Chemical (Inside) by spraying of Malathion 1.0 % EC, DDVP 76 % EC in aqueous base in 0.75 % concentration along wall and floor junction up to 2.0 feet height so as to include control of digging, crawling and gliding insects like ants, bugs, crickets, cockroaches etc. with all labours, materials, tools, tackles, equipment etc. consumables complete as per direction Owner. Frequency : Monthly for Kalyani station and bimonthly for other locations.

Snake control by spraying appropriate chemicals such as carbolic Acid, Dichlorovos, Foratox etc. or any other effective chemicals available in market with the written approval from the Owner thoroughly in open area of all stations mentioned below on quarterly basis. The concentration of chemicals and application should be done in such a manner that no snake should be visible around the area. Frequency: Quarterly

Note: Bidder to note that Owner reserves the right to modify the frequency of work to be done at his own sole discretion and no extra compensation shall be made by the corporation on this account.
