Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness including below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-polished granite slab of any tint as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge 20 mm thick including necessary notching, chamfering the edges over cement screed bed including Cutting, Grinding and Mirror polishing (Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cm x 25mm with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with Gery cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Gradem, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone/boulder/block masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6,incld demolitions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of synmthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
