Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of each deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing , laying,jointing ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding ) and testing of MS pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2012, steel grade of following class ERW (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments) with mass of zink coating not less than 400 Kg/m2. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. Negative tolerance in thickness and mass/weight of pipes will not be accepted. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for separately).(i) 100mm dia API 3183-42L-290 5.20 mm wall thickness
(ii) 100mm dia API 3183-42L-290 4.80 wall thickness
(iii) 80mm dia API 3183-42L-290 4.80 wall thickness

The laying of pipe will incluse all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS: 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) (i) 100mm dia GI pipe (HG) 5.40 wall thickness
(i) 100mm dia GI pipe (MG) 4.50mm wall thickness
(ii) 80mm dia GI pipe (HG) 4.00mm wall thickness.
Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti or any approved make as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water having turbidity upto 4000 ppm for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors ( Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar /BHEL /CG POWER /Siemens /Jyoti /ABB /Marathon and suitable for operation on 415 (+10% ) and ( -10% ) volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby ), necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header, alongwith electrical control panel with soft starters; as per requirement of pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes,transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. Total head 520.54 mtr. dishcarge =4.63 LPS 2 sets (one standby) for Ist stage (data sheet and technical specifications attached )
(i) Total head 479.60 mtr. dishcarge =4.70 LPS data sheet attached 2 sets (one standby) for 2nd stage
