Synchronous Generator Brushless Type 315 KVA + 10% COL, 0.415 V, 3 Phase, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ, suitable for isolation system, parallel operation with other machine and grid.

Design, Manufacturing, Supplying of Oil Pressure Unit consisting of Induction Motor 2 KW, 3 Phase with Hydraulic Vane Pump (main and stand by), Bladders Accumulator 20 Ltr, Manifolds, Directional Valve, Pressure Switch, Proportional Valve, Heat Exchanger, Strainers, Hydraulic Pipe for all required system etc. as required accessories.

Design, Manufacturing, Supply of 500 mm Dia Main inlet valve & Expansion Joint with hydraulic operated and closing by counter weight, branch pipe to connect with penstock and turbine with necessary control & operation arrangements, fittings, mountings and other ancillary equipment’s in complete set.

Design, Manufacturing, Supplying of Generator Excitation System consisting of Automatic Voltage Regulator (Main and Stand by), Automatic Power Factor Regulator suitable for Generator Parallel and Grid Parallel.

Design, Manufacturing, Supplying of Generator Protection Panel consisting of 1 Nos. Power Contactor, 3 Pole, 550A for Incoming and 1 Nos. MCCB, 630A, 3 Pole for Outgoing, R,Y,B,N AL Bus-Bar Arrangement, Resin Cast CTs, PTs, Metering, Protection Relays, Master Trip Relays, Annunciation, Indicating Lamps etc. as required.

Design, Manufacturing, Supplying of Synchronising Panel including Automatic Synchronising Relay, Dual Voltmeter, Dual Frequency Meter, Manual Synchronoscope, PTs etc. as required.

LTAC Panel consisting of 300 Amp Power Contactor for AC Distribution, R,Y,B,N AL Bus-Bar Arrangement, Indicating Lamps, Metering, Distribution MCBs etc.

Design, Manufacturing, Supplying of Float cum Boost Battery Charger Panel 24 VDC, 20 Amp (main and stand by), including 12V, 150AH, VRLA Battery.
