Dismantling/taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators , sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to stores for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring in existing conduit using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through existing concealed/surface conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one geyser point contorlled by one switch including 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs for one geyser point controlled independently complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. (ii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Supply and fixing of in repair of sheet metal enclosure SP with two pin and earth plug and socket including metal clad top with one single pole, MCB 20 Amps, 'B' curve, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring in existing conduit using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through existing concealed/surface conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light / fan point contorlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs for one light / fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. (ii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Supply and fixing of switch piano 5/6 Amps, flush type, single pole, one way, 230 volt, AC supply, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, 3 terminal complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 4.00 sqmm drawn in existing concealed / surface conduit on wall or ceiling with one additional PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor FRLSH of 4.00 sqmm, green colour for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good if disturbed surface as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - 3 run of cable shall be measured as 1 unit.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 15mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and connection to geyser including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required, including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair of CP bib tap screwed down high pressure, long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated` with crutch or butterfly handles screwed down suitable for 15mm bore pipe or union, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Weight of bib tap shall not be less than 0.575 Kg)

Supply and fixing in repair of stop valves, 15mm bore dia, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair of temperature resistent SS braided pipe suitable to sustaine pressure up to 8 bar not less than 60 Cm long suitable for incoming / out going water connections of Geyser with washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary PCC/cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface giving electric and water connection and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) Metal Body, (c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) / Polymer coated. (d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator dial/digital type. (g) Multiple Heating Option. (h) Multiple Functional Safety Valve. (j) Thermal Cutout Capillary Type. NOTE : - Warranty certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. (a) For product - 02 Years (b) For metal tank 07 years.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fans, AC, single phase, 230V, 50Hzs, copper wounded of 1200mm sweep with BLDC technology, maximum power input upto 35W, copper wire insuction motor with 5 star BEE ratins complete alongwith blades, electronic regulator, canopy cover, down rods 'U' clamp, 3 core PVC flexible cable 1 sqmm for making connection of fan and hanging the fan in clamp, connecting with ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty exhaust fan metallic body 300 mm sweep with louvers, electric, single phase 1400RPM, 240 volt 50 Hz complete and making suitable hole in existing cement concrete / brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 and removing unserviceable/loose/broken debris upto 500m distance and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface including plastering as required & finishes including grouting four Nos rag bolts, nuts & washers and connecting with 3 core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 including testing & commissioning after installation at site complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable earthing and Material and labour for earthing and material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead (upto terminal point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia dedormed /TMT bars 3 nos both way 12 mm dia round bar handle and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.50 mtr only from top of earth electrode are included under this item. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained within permissible limit, earthing will be re-done at NO extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) Any joint in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 23,019.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
