SECTION - A EXTERNAL FAÇADE WORKS

I. GLAZING WORKS

Unitized Glazing system with Vision, Vision on Spandrel panel, Spandrel panel and Metal panel: Designing, providing and fixing Unitized structural glazing vision panel & vision on spandrel panel structurally held in position by Structural sealant and factory fabricated with Aluminium frames of suitable size in order to satisfy the structural design criteria. In general, the system comprising Aluminium extruded frames confirming to IS 8147 finished with PVDF coating thickness not less tan 40 microns of approved colour & finish, Galvanized (HDG) pre-fabricated cast in channel profiles of suitable size and thickness to sustain the designed loads, Aluminium / HDG brackets, SS 316 grade anchors, bolts & nuts, flashing, smoke seal, provision for fixing of metal fin as per the drawing, Restrain pin and Signage etc with Insulated glass as given below. (In general the concrete grade shall be M25 / M30)

Rate shall exclude the cost of supply of glass, metal panel, top hung window hardwares with shutter frame, insulation tray, metal fin and restrain pin, which will be measured and paid separately under the respective item below. Rate shall include the cost of Off site proto type test at accredited laboratory for both load cases specified below (Case 1 & 2), fixing of Glass & metal panel fixing of top hung window hardwares for openable shutter, insulation tray, metal fin, restrain pin, visual mockup, field test etc, complete. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure as specified below. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.01, under Technical specification which shall form part of BOQ. (Cracked concrete condition with M25 grade - anchor should be suitable for seismic condition also).

Unitized Glazing system with Insulated glass of 32 mm thick / Metal panel as given below. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm (Case - 1) confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Note:- Cast in channel is already done at site on the Rear Side in Elevation B to D on the floor to install the floor mounted bracket by the Façade contractoras per the specification. In other areas, either direct floor mounted or face mounted bracket shall be considered.

The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm (Case - 2) confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Note:- Cast in channel is already done at site on the Rear Side in Elevation B to D on the floor to install the floor mounted bracket by the Façade contractoras per the specification. In other areas, either direct floor mounted or face mounted bracket shall be considered.

Semi unitized system with Vision, Vision on Spandrel panel, Spandrel panel and Metal panel: Designing, providing and fixing Semi Unitized structural glazing vision panel & vision on spandrel panel structurally held in position by Structural sealant and factory fabricated with Aluminium adaptor of suitable size in order to satisfy the structural design criteria specified in the Technical specification. In general, the system comprising Aluminium extruded frames confirming to IS 8147 finished with PVDF coating thickness not less tan 40 microns of approved colour & finish supported on the brackets (spanning 3.2 M as Maximum), Toggle cleats, Aluminium / HDG brackets, SS 316 grade anchors, bolts & nuts, flashing, smoke seal, provision for fixing of metal fin as per the drawing, Restrain pin and Signage etc with Insulated glass as given below.

Rate shall exclude the cost of Off site proto type test, supply of glass, metal panel, top hung window hardwares with shutter frame, insulation tray, metal fin and restrain pin, which will be measured and paid separately under the respective item below. Rate shall include the cost of fixing of Glass & metal panel, fixing of top hung window hardwares for openable shutter, insulation tray, metal fin, restrain pin, visual mockup, field test etc, complete. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm (Case - 1) confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification.

Semi Unitized Glazing system with Insulated glass of 32 mm thick / Metal panel as given below. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm (Case - 2) confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification.

Glass for Structural Glazing system: Quote rate for complete supply of glass as per the options given below to the respective place to fix the glass on the system as described in schedule A. Rate shall exclude the cost for Fixing the glass shall form part of the system cost quoted under respective item in Schedule, but rate shall include the cost of necessary loading and unloading charges, Insurance, freight, necessary wastages etc, but not limited to. Refer attached Annexure - I for the glass performance, processing, thickness and coating of glass, tint and other parametres like heat treatment process etc. All panes of glass shall be heat strengthened. The glass thickness of each panel of DGU given in the specification are indicative and it is the responsibliy of the bidder to check the sturctural adequacy of glass panel to be designed to withstand the wind pressure 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. as well as with other load parameters as specified in the technical specification. If the structurally required called for any increase in thickness shall be considered by the bidder with in the quotred rate and prior intimation to be provided for review and approval. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.03, under Technical specification which shall form part of BOQ.

Mode of Measurement : Glass on structural Glazing & others : Length and breadth of the superficial area of the finished work shall be measured centre to centre of the grooves on the external surface viewed externally correct to a centimetre under the respective items. Areas shall be calculated in a square metre correct to two places of decimal. Attic stock Glass: Actual size of the glass shall be measured correct to a centimetre. Areas shall be calculated in a square metre correct to two places of decimal.

Vision Panel: Insulated glass of 32 mm thick having 8 mm thick Reflective coated low E glass on # 2 surface with SKN 754 Blue of Saint Gobain Make or Blue Sparkle DH 31/20 of Asahi Make or Sunguard DS 30 Blue of Guardian make or LB 45 of CSG make as outer pane and 16 mm airgap with black spacer 8 mm clear glass as inner pane of same make. All the glass panes are shall be heat strengthened and both panes shall be Low iron content glass in the range of 70 to 100 ppm Fe content.

Vision Panel: Insulated glass of 32 mm thick having 8 mm thick Reflective coated low E glass on # 2 surface with SKN 144 Neutral / Equinox N of Saint Gobain Make or Clear Pearl DC 41/23 of Asahi Make or Sunguard DS Neutral 40 IN of Guardian make or CEN13-38D of CSG make as outer pane and 16 mm airgap with black spacer 8 mm clear glass as inner pane of same make. All the glass panes are shall be heat strengthened and both panes shall be Low iron content glass in the range of 70 to 100 ppm Fe content.

Extra rate over and above the supply of glass for providing Ceramic fritt / Solid Digital printing of approved colour and pattern. The Ceramic fritt / Solid Digital printing shall be covered 70% of glass area and 30% of glass area shall be clear (no printing) on the 1 Sqm of the glass area.

Supply of 3.0mm thick Aluminium sheet finished with PVDF coating thickness not less tan 40 microns of approved colour & finish. Rate shall include the cost of necessary Aluminium box stiffeners behind Aluminium solid panel shall be provided at every 750 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel. Rate shall exclude the cost of fixing of panel which shall form part of the system cost quoted under respective item above.

Supply of 3.0mm thick Preweathered finished Zinc sheet - QUARTZ-ZINC® / ANTHRA-ZINC® / PIGMENTO® Red / Blue / Green of VMZINC make with approved colour & finish. The Zinc sheet shall be high quality zinc Z1 (99,995% pure zinc), as defined by the EN 1179 standard and EN 988. Rate shall include the cost of necessary Aluminium box stiffeners behind Zinc solid panel shall be provided at every 600 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel. Rate shall exclude the cost of fixing of panel which shall form part of the system cost quoted under respective item above.

Supply of 4.0mm thick Laminated sandwiched composite panel (ACP) of of approved make as per list of make given in the Technical specification with approved colour and shade (4 mm thick = 0.5 + 3.0 + 0.5) ACP with 5000 series with 100% Virgin Mineral white core - FR - A2 Grade. Rate shall include the cost of necessary Aluminium box stiffeners behind ACP shall be provided at every 750 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel. Rate shall exclude the cost of fixing of panel which shall form part of the system cost quoted under respective item above.

Supply of 6.0mm thick Aluminium sheet in combiantion with Solid and Perforation as per the drawing and the panel shall be finished with PVDF (Both side PVDF finished) coating thickness not less tan 40 microns of approved colour & finish. Rate shall include the cost of necessary Aluminium box stiffeners behind Aluminium solid panel shall be provided at every 750 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel. Rate shall exclude the cost of fixing of panel which shall form part of the system cost quoted under respective item above.

Metal Aluminium Fin: Designing, providing & fixing the Aluminium PVDF finish of approved colour & finish (as per the drawing) metal Fin as per size & type given below with approved profile thickness not less than 2mm thick. Thickness of coating shall be not less than 40 microns. Aluminium fin to be fixed in to the glazing mullion by using aluminium extruded PVDF finished bracket (Thickness of bracket not less than 6.0mm) with SS 316 fasteners, bolts & nuts & sealant and as per drawing. Rate shall include the cost of all materials, accessories etc complete. Rate shall exclude the cost of glazing system which will be measured under the respective item. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters specified in Technical specification. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.01.

Vertical fin of Size 100 mm wide and 200 mm projection.

Horizontal fin of Size 100 mm wide and 200 mm projection.

Inclined fin of Size 300 mm wide and 300 mm projection.

Frameless glazing (Spider Glazing): Designing, providing and fixing Point fixed glazing system using 2 way spider / GT Spiders as mentioned in Particular Specification including supplying and fixing of 19.52 mm thick laminated glass having 10 mm thick as outer panel and 8 mm thick as inner panel with interlayer of 1.52 mm thick Sentry Glas (R) of DuPont make. Outer pane glass shall be reflective coated glass - ST 167 of Saint Gobain make or Spring (SC60/52) clear of Asahi make. Inner pane shall be heat soak tested un coated clear glass and both panes shall be heat treated.

Rate shall include cost of spiders, Articulated bolts, PVC clear edge strip for all exposed laminated edges and supply and fixing the fin (Glass - Min 21.52 mm thick with 1.52 mm thick sentry inter layer / Metal) with required size to satisfy the structural criteria, but excluding the cost of door, which will be measured separately under the respective item. Rate shall include the cost for ceramic fritt (standard pattern) glass panel on the column and spandrel area. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.04 & 22.05, which shall form part of BOQ.

GLASS DOORS AND WINDOWS

System for Standard (Straight) Sliding Door: Designing, providing and fixing the Standard sliding door with ES 200 STANDARD operator of Dorma make or EC Drive operator of GEZE make with ST Flex profile for sliding panel and both side fixed panel with the required structural support. Rate shall include the cost for supplying and fixing 11.52 mm thick laminated glass having 5 mm thick Glass of Saint gobain make or Spring of Asahi make as outer panel and 5 mm thick as inner panel with interlayer of 1.52 mm thick Sentry Glass of Dupont make. Inner pane and Outer pane glass shall be uncoated clear glass of Saint Gobain make or Asahi make. Both panes shall be heat treated.

The sliding door operator shall be fixed with required number of IR sensors to ensure that the maximum sensing range in the entrance portion. The operator shall be fixed with satin finish SS plate of 6 mm thick to a required depth on the glazed partition itself in such a way the operator is housed neatly or house the sliding operator on the Facade glass panel. All structural supports shall be housed neatly enclosed with 2.0mm thick alumnium powder coated sheet of approved colour and with vent for Maintenance of the operator. Method of fixing is subject to the approval of Employer/PMC/Architect. Rate shall include providing SS strip on the edges to protect the laminated exposed face, fixing of laminated Glass as per the specification given in Schedule of quantities. Quote rate shall include supplying and fixing of glass. Note: the following requirements shall be considering for Automatic Sliding door: a. Weight of each sliding panel is in the range of 110 to 130kg. b. Maximum width of opening is 3000mm. c. Maximum height of opening is 3000mm. d. Thickness of glass in the range of 12 to 16mm.

System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. (Size of door including both side fixed panel - 4.50M x 2.70M. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.04 & 22.08.

Designing, providing and fixing aluminium Swing Door as part of Glazing system and fabricated as per drawing and fixed at all levels, elevations and heights by using aluminium box frame of size 100 x 40 mm and thickness not less than 2.0mm (Other than glazing area) and suitable aluminium Extruded frames of Approved extruder make shall be used for Doors with thickness not less than 2.0mm. Aluminium box frame shall be fixed into wall/RC by using SS anchor fasteners of Hilti make or approved equivalent. All glass panels shall be fixed by using snap fit aluminium beading with special water proof cascades, Neoprene, hardware's etc. complete, as directed. All aluminium sections shall be 63400 (H9) grade conforming to IS 8147. All aluminium sections shall be finished with SDF coat of thickness not less than 40 microns and weight ratio joints mitered adjoined with heavy duty aluminium pressure die cast cleats with fins to match the sections of frames.

Door shall be provided with necessary hardware's such as concealed Door closer - ITS 96 EN 2 - 4 or TS 91 EN 3 (Opening restrict to 85 deg), Mortise dead lock - Model No. 278 (both side key operation) SS forend and SS strike plate (Suitable for both single / double leaf shutter) of Satin finish - Grade SS 316, SS satin finish handle - TG9377- 25 (Angled Spacer) - 600 mm long with back to back handle SS 316 grade, SS hinges (Minimum 4 Nos / Shutter) SS Door stoppers floor mounted, Door buffers etc. complete and as directed. All Hardwares shall be Dorma / Kinlong Make. Rate shall include the cost of supplying & fixing 12.52 mm thick laminated glass having 5 mm thick as outer panel and 6 mm thick as inner panel with interlayer of 1.52 mm thick sentry Glas of Dupont make. Outer pane and Inner pane glass shall be uncoated clear glass of Saint Gobain make or Asahi make. Both panes shall be heat treated and heat soak tested. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.01 & 22.02.

Single Leaf door (Size - 1.10 x 2.50M)

Designing, providing and fixing Aluminium fixed cum sliding windows using 2 track or 3 track system with thickness not less than 1.80mm finished with anodizing coating thickness not less than 25 microns of approved colour. Rate shall include the cost for supplying and fixing of glass, non staining weather silicon sealant of Dowcorning or approved equivalent make shall be provided at the junctions between wall, main frames and wherever required also, Aluminium sub frame, L - angle and 1.5mm thick aluminium flashing at around the window to be provided with EPDM gasket as weather strip to ensure water and air tightness and shall include providing necessary hardware's like, rollers, concealed locks cum Handle of Giesse / Kinlong make and scaffolding etc. complete all as directed. Rate shall include the cost of Aluminium box frame to suit the sliding window (Min - 125 x 50) with suitable size, but thickness shall be not less than 2.0mm thick to fix the adjoining fixed glass panel & between the sliding window module and the frames are shall be fixed on the main structure by using concealed aluminium bracket & SS 316 grade anchor fastener at both top & bottom and SS 316 grade HRD anchors shall be considered for outer frames with 400mm c/c (max).

Designing, providing and fixing of Fixed Window by using the frame detail given below and aluminium frames shall be finished with anodized coating thickness not less than 25 microns of approved colour. Rate shall include the cost of glass as specified below, stainless steel safety clips at each corner of glass as an additional safety to avoid breakage of corner of the glass and also to be provided with EPDM gasket as weather strip to ensure water and air tightness and shall include providing necessary accessories etc. complete all as directed. Frames are shall be fixed on the main structure by using concealed aluminium bracket & SS 316 grade anchor fastener at both top & bottom and SS 316 grade HRD anchors shall be considered for outer frames with 400mm c/c (max).

Fixed window system as per the specification given above with Aluminium Z-type storm proof louver with pitch not less than 50 mm and overlapping shall be 25 mm as minimum as shown in the drawing. Rate shall include supply and fixing of outer frames, plates, L - angle, SS 316 grade anchors and other accessories etc complete. SIZE: Fixed window with Glass - 3000 mm by 1800 mm maximum with max.Panel width ranging from 1000 to 1500 mm.

Designing, providing and fixing aluminium extruded louver "Z" type finished with anodizing with coating thickness not less than 25 microns of approved colour and as described below. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.13, which shall form part of BOQ. Frame details (Indicative as minimum) : Jindal Make Alu. Sub frame around the window - Sec. Rate shall include the cost for providing and fixing Storm proof Louver - 103.2 x 50.80 x 2.10 mm thick weight not less than 0.726 Kg/Rmt "Z" type made out of specially extruded aluminium with anodizing with coating of approved colour and to be fixed with pitch not less than 50 mm and overlapping shall be 25 mm as minimum as shown in the drawing. Rate shall include supply and fixing of outer frames, plates, L - angle, SS 316 grade anchors and other accessories etc complete. SIZE: Fixed window with louver - 1200 mm by 900 mm maximum with max.Panel width ranging from 450 to 600 mm.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Grille of Fameline make with combination of 1050 RT & 2050 RT - Not less than 0.8 mm thick finished with PVDF of approved colour with pitch not more than 75 mm and louver shall be fixed on the system by using suitable aluminium Carrier with thickness not less than 2.0 mm. Fabricated Grille / Louver panel shall be fixed on the base M.S PU painted framing system of suitable size subject to satisfying the structural design criteria given in the specification and shall be fixed on the RC / MS surface with spacing not more than 600mm horizontally / vertically by using MS HDG bracket, SS 316 grade anchors and bolts. In addition to the Base MS frame work, 25 x 25mm with 2.0mm thick (min) aluminium extruded profile (Carrier) as per the manufacturer shall be fixed at every vertical main / base frame to fix the aluminium Grille using SS 316 grade bolt and nut arrangement. Both Louver & Carrier shall be finished with PVDF of approved colour with thickness not less than 30 microns (DFT). All aluminium sections shall be 6063-T6 Conforming to BS 1474 / 63400 (H9) grade conforming to IS 8147.

Rate shall include the supplying and fixing of Aluminium frames (Carrier) to receive the grille, HDG / aluminium brackets / clamps, 1.2mm thick Aluminium exterior grade powder coated flashing, Aluminium PVDF finished end cover profile, corner cleats with necessary SS 316 grade screws / anchor fastener, nuts, bolts, rivets and washers of approved make and all materials involved in the work. Rate shall exclude the cost of M.S PU painted base frame work, which will be measured separately under the respective item below. Complete system shall be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters as per IS or relevant international code. Mode of Measurement: Length and breadth of the superficial area of the finished Louver area shall be measured on the external surface viewed externally correct to a centimeter under the respective items. Areas shall be calculated in a square metre correct to two places of decimal. SIZE: Fixed window with louver - 1200 mm by 900 mm maximum with max.Panel width ranging from 450 to 600 mm.

Designing, Providing and fixing of tested fully glazed steel fire rated Fixed cum swing door with 120 minutes of integrity, stability and radiation control (EW 120) fabricated with 1.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed to form a profile of 35 mm x 60 mm on the vertical sides and 50 x 60 mm on the horizontal side of outer frame. The door shutter shall have top rail and side rail 60 mm x 60 mm, bottom rail of 110 mm x 60 mm. The sections have a insulating infill. The Height of partition cum door shall be 2200mm and width of each fixed panel / door shall be maximum 1100 mm. The fixed cum door partition shall be as per EN 1634-1: 1999. The fire rated glass shall be satisfied the class 2(B)2 category of Impact Resistance as per EN 12600. The fire rated glass shall be fixed with the 1.6 mm GI beading and a special ceramic tape with cross section of 5 x 20 mm as per the manufacturers specification. The shutters should be fixed to the frame using Dorma Fire rated SS Ball Bearing Hinges of size 100 mm x 89 mm and 3 mm thickness (4 Nos Min / shutter) or equivalent. Beading should be fixed with 4 mm x 35 mm SS screws at a distance of 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c. The door should be fitted with Dorma Mortise Sash lock 952F and door closer TS 83V of Dorma make or approved equivalent make. Rate shall include all materials specified, fire rated glass, necessary accessories, scaffolding etc to complete the works.

CLADDING AND CANOPY WORKS

Laminated Sand witched Aluminium composite panel (ACP) - Dry wall / Canopy cladding: Providing and fixing the system to clad the Laminated sandwiched composite panel (ACP) of approved make as per list of make given in the Technical specification with approved colour and shade (4 mm thick (0.5 + 3.0 + 0.5) ACP with 5000 series with 100% Virgin Mineral white core - FR - A2 Grade as per the specification described in Technical specifications, on the external surface the external surface like column, wall, jambs, sills, projected area, decorative capping, ceiling or any surface to any profile and shape, horizontally, vertically, sloped, curved, circular etc. complete to a projection up to 200mm from the base structure. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure as given below.

Rate shall include the cost of supplying and fixing of Laminated sandwiched composite panel, Non staining weather for Vertical & horizontal joints in general the frame work for ACP cladding consists of aluminium anodized box frame (50 x 50 x 2.0 mm thick Box Tube subject to satisfying the structural design criteria) with Toggle cleat spacing shall not exceed 450 mm on both horizontal and vertical sides of each panel. All ACP fold at corners shall be provided with continuous 'L' cleat of 1.5mm thick and HDG bracket etc., complete. All anchors, bolts and screws shall be SS 316 grade of Hilti / Fischer make. Necessary stiffeners behind ACP shall be provided at every 750 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel. Refer Particular Specification item - 22.10, which shall form part of BOQ. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. (Refer the elevation drawing and Plan for the details - ACP Type, details & location marked in the legend including Terrace level coping.)

Solid Alumnium panel (Coping / Cladding / Ceiling): Designing, supplying, providing and fixing of cladding panel with Solid Alumnium panel of approved make having thickness not less than 3.0mm, panel shall be finished with approved colour & shades of PVDF and coating thickness not less than 40 microns on outer side and Exterior grade pure polyester coat on inside with coating thickness not less than 30 microns. Aluminium sheet / panel shall be fixed by using aluminium anodized clamp, special extruded cleat on the aluminium anodized frame (Alu. Box Section - 50 x 50 x 2.0 mm thick subject to satisfying the structural design criteria).

Aluminium panels shall be fixed with colour coated aluminium cleat with spacing shall not exceed 450 mm on both horizontal and vertical sides of each panel with suitable size SS 316 grade screw, anchors, bolts & Aluminium brackets to fixed on the base structure available (RC Frame) at site and the spacing of bracket not more than 1200mm both with vertically and horizontally. The size of aluminium frame shall subject to satisfying the structural design criteria and projection as well as panel divisions as per drawing and to be designed to with stand design wind pressure specified, with suitable size of HDG bracket, SS 316 grade screws, anchors, bolts and nuts. Necessary Aluminium box stiffeners behind Aluminium solid panel shall be provided at every 750 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel.

Rate shall include for providing and fixing flashing at terrace level coping as part of the system made to profile as shown in the approved shop drawings and the profile shall be made out of hot dip galvanized sheet 1.2 mm thick and galvanizing coating thickness shall be in accordance with IS 2629 & 4759. In general, the flashing shall be provided to the entire length of cladding horizontally at terrace level with necessary anchoring system with SS fastening devices of Hilti make or approved equivalent. Also, the flashing shall be provided at parapet top below the coping to drain the water during any seepage through the sealant joints with overlap of 100 to 125 mm in plan with sealant at joints and over the G.I flashing 4.0mm thick bituminous sheet continuously shall be laid with suitable adhesive to make sure that no water leakage through coping / flashing joints. Rate shall include Aluminium sheet, aluminium box tube, stiffener tube, SS anchors, bolt & nuts, screws, Bracket with necessary accessories etc. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure as given below. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. (Consider for Canopy top cladding above Entrance lobby area)

Solid Zinc panel cladding (Coping / Cladding / Ceiling): Designing, supplying, providing and fixing of cladding panel with Solid Zinc panel of approved make having thickness not less than 2.0mm - QUARTZ-ZINC® / ANTHRA-ZINC® / PIGMENTO® Red / Blue / Green of VMZINC make with approved colour & finish. Zinc sheet / panel shall be fixed by using aluminium anodized clamp, special extruded cleat on the aluminium anodized frame (Alu. Box Section - 50 x 50 x 2.0 mm thick subject to satisfying the structural design criteria). The Zinc sheet shall be high quality zinc Z1 (99,995% pure zinc), as defined by the EN 1179 standard and EN 988.

Zinc panels shall be fixed with colour coated aluminium cleat with spacing shall not exceed 450 mm on both horizontal and vertical sides of each panel with suitable size SS 316 grade screw, anchors, bolts & Aluminium brackets to fixed on the base structure available (RC Frame) at site and the spacing of bracket not more than 1200mm both with vertically and horizontally. The size of aluminium frame shall subject to satisfying the structural design criteria and projection as well as panel divisions as per drawing and to be designed to with stand design wind pressure specified, with suitable size of HDG bracket, SS 316 grade screws, anchors, bolts and nuts. Necessary Aluminium box stiffeners behind Zinc panel shall be provided at every 600 mm to avoid the permanent deformation over a period with thickness not less than 2 mm and stiffener to be fixed with suitable adhesive or VHB tape for bonding the stiffener into panel.

Providing and fixing the 7mm thick - A2 grade (A2-s1, d0 in accordance with EN 13501-1) High pressure laminated panel of Fundermax / Greenlam / Century make with approved Unique color with composition of reinforced glass fiber mineral as non-combustible core for the core layers and weather resistance decorative layer with melamine-formaldehyde resin with urethane-acrylic coating for exposed surface. The High pressure laminated panel shall be in line with EN 438-2 and to be fixed on the suitable farming system by using continuous “T” Profile for Intermediate and “L” profile for Corners / Termination location as per the size provided by Manufacturer– subject to satisfying the structural design criteria and the framing location / spacing / panel size shall be as per drawing and as per manufacturer with spacing / panel size shall be as per drawing and to satisfying the design criteria specified in the technical specification by using necessary Aluminum serrated, Aluminum color coated rivet matching with panel of approved color with suitable spacing but not more than 450mm or aluminum cleat at 450mm c/c minimum with required slot holes, SS 316 grade anchor bolts etc. as per manufacturer specification. (consider for Canopy soffit cladding in the Entrance Lobby area.)

Cladding joints shall be sealed with silicon weather sealant / open groove system based on interfacing the cladding with glazing / windows. The size of High pressure laminated panel shall be as per architectural requirement and the suitable fixing system shall be designed in accordance with the size of panel proposed in the drawing. Cladding the external surface to any surface, any profile and shape, horizontally, vertically, sloped, curved, circular etc. Work shall include the cost of all materials like High pressure laminated panel, necessary framing system by using profiled aluminum sections, brackets, rivets, SS anchors, weather sealant, Continuous flashing to be provided at terrace & cladding termination area etc. with 1.0 mm thick G.I sheet to the required profile as per site requirement and necessary accessories etc.,. The Entire system to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters specified and other load parameters specified in Technical specification.

Dry wall cladding with Clay tile: Designing, supplying and fixing of Clay tile of Hunter Douglas or Wienerberger make with suitable size and thickness not less than 28 mm as per manufacturer with approved color and pattern with composition of finest powdered clay and colour mixtures. The Clay tile shall be fixed on the suitable farming system by using continuous aluminium anodized profiled section as per manufacturer with suitable size and spacing to withstand the Structural design criteria specified in the technical specification by using necessary HDG brackets, SS 316 grade anchor bolts etc as per manufacturer specification. Cladding joints shall be sealed with Gasket / open groove system. The size of clay tile shall be as per architectural requirement and the suitable fixing system shall be designed in accordance with the size of clay tile proposed in the drawing. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters specified and other load parameters specified in Technical specification.

Cladding the external surface to any surface, any profile and shape, horizontally, vertically, sloped, curved, circular etc by using Clay tile as given above. Jambs for glazing / windows & ventilators / doors and parapet copings are shall be considered with aluminium PVDF finished sheet fixed with SS 316 grade screws / rivet. The aluminium sheets shall have overlap of 100 to 125 mm in plan with sealant at joints to make sure that no water leakage through jambs / coping joints. Rate shall include the cost of all materials like Clay tile with necessary framing system by using profiled aluminium sections, HDG brackets, SS anchors, SS screws / rivets, weather sealant, 1.2 mm thick aluminium anodized flashing sheet at terrace & and all required levels and necessary accessories etc as per the manufacturer. Rate shall exclude the cost of aluminium jamb / parapet cladding which will be measured under the respective item in the tender. (This item may be used in Security building upto sill level with tile size of 900/1200 * 450/300mm }

Dry wall granite cladding: Designing providing and fixing Granite slab - Dry type fixing using Silver grey or approved shade granite slab cladding the external surface on any surface to any profile and shape, horizontally, vertically, sloped, curved, circular etc with approved shade of Granite thickness not less than 25 mm thick and as per the sizes shown in the Drawing etc complete and as directed. (On the Facade areas). Granite shall be fixed with a groove of 6mm and to be filled with weather sealant recessed by 2mm and the granite joints at corners shall be chamfered as per Architectural requirements and granite shall be fixed in the M.S / RCC wall with SS brackets and SS anchor bolts.

Projection up to 200 mm from the Main base structure either RCC / Masonry / steel. Granite shall be fixed in the RCC / Masonry / steel with SS brackets and SS anchor bolts. Granite basic cost of Rs.160/- per Sq.ft shall be considered subject to compliance of the above specification. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Refer Particular Specification Item. No. 22.07, which shall form part of BOQ. Providing and fixing of 1.0 mm thick Aluminium Louvers 300V Wind resistant of Fameline make or approved equivalent from Hunter douglas make finished with stove polyester enamel coated with not less than 30 microns on both sides and the louver panel shall be fixed by using 0.6mm thick Backed enamel coated G.I Coil Coated Carrier / stringer with spacing not more than 600mm carrier shall be fixed over the suitable size of M.S PU painted or aluminium anodized box framing system of suitable size by using SS 316 grade nuts & bolts / Screws and the complete system shall be satisfy the structural design criteria specified in the technical specification. Also, Perimeter Trims with aluminium L angle having size 25x40mm – 2mm thick (minimum) with hold down clip etc shall be considered as part of the system, All aluminium sections shall be 6063-T6 Conforming to BS 1474 / 63400 (H9) grade conforming to IS 8147. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification.

Rate shall include the supplying and fixing of aluminum main frame, louver panel, carrier, Carrier splice, safety locking cleats (Concealed) Perimeter Trims HDG brackets / clamps with necessary SS 316 grade anchor fastener, screws nuts & bolts, washers, scaffolding and necessary accessories etc and all materials involved in the work. Mode of Measurement: Length and breadth of the superficial area of the finished Louver area shall be measured on the external surface viewed externally correct to a centimeter under the respective items. Areas shall be calculated in a Square metre correct to two places of decimal. (Chiller cover in the terrace area - Max height of 3200 to 3400 mm over the MS support. MS shall be provided under Civil scope as per façade vendor design requirement.)

Designing and providing and fixing for Point fixed glazed Canopy as mentioned in Particular Specification excluding the supply and fixing the M.S base frame to support Spiders as per specification (Main frame) to the required size to satisfy the structural criteria, Spider / Articulated bolts of Dorma/Kinlong make. Rate shall include for supplying and fixing of 17.52 mm thick laminated glass having 8 mm thick as outer panel and 8 mm thick as inner panel with interlayer of 1.52 mm thick Sentry Glas of Dupont make. Outer pane glass shall be reflective coated glass - Spring (SC60/52) clear of Asahi make or ST 167 of Saint Gobain make. Inner pane of un coated clear glass heat soak tested but both panes shall be heat treated. (Entrance Lobby in the front and rear with air lock space.)

Also the rate shall include the cost of spiders, Articulated bolts, Bush, PVC clear edge strip for all exposed laminated edges PVC clear edge strip for all exposed laminated edges etc. Rate shall also include for necessary scaffolding works to erect the canopy works at all level. Rate shall exclude the cost of M.S PU painted base frame work, which will be measured separately under the respective item below. Supplying and fixing of Stainless Steel handrail to a height of 750 mm high from the required level as shown in the drawing. But Generally, verticals balusters of 8 mm thick SS plate to be placed at every Aluminium mullion using SS bracket with the required type of plate to profile to connect the rail at top. The top rail shall be 50mm dia. SS pipe with thickness not less than 1.80mm with two intermediate rails placed at equal intervals. The Intermediate rails shall be 20mm dia SS pipe and shall be connected with the baluster using extended SS stud. All stainless steel pipes conforming to AISI 316 Grade. Rate shall include for providing S.S.Handrail with brass Bushing is inserted by Hydraulic pressure on every joint EPDM gaskets as Bi-metallic separator and the flat to be fixed with Bolt & Allen key System. The SS Finish shall be either Mirror or Matt with specified finish grades and necessary tools & Plants, Welding with consumables & buffing charges etc. complete as directed by Client / PMC / Architect. The complete system shall be de designed to with stand design wind pressure of 300 Kg/Sqm (Case - 2) confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load parameters including corner effects as specified in Technical specification. Providing and applying Air salt barrier on the External wall behind cladding area by using Water based Multi-purpose anti-corrosive black cold bituminous coating of Shalikote T 10 Primer and T 32 Top coat of STP Limited make or Bitufix - Dr.Fixit - 2 Coats at the rate of application as specified by the manufacturers. Rate shall include cost for one coat of primer - Shalitex and all Materials, Labour and consumables such as brush, gloves, labour charges for handling, surface preparation, scaffolding etc, to execute the work described above all complete as directed by Employer/PMC/Architect.

ASSOCIATED WORKS - CIVIL

Designing, supplying, providing and fixing of Sill wall board / panel fixed by using Alum. Box frame - 100 x 50 x 2 mm thick as vertical at intervals not more than 1000 mm and 50 x 50 - 2.0mm thick as Horizontal at 3 levels subject to satisfying the structural design criteria, Alum. 'L' or 'C' section of suitable size to be provided at bottom of board to terminate the flooring and the board / panel shall be fixed by using apropriate type as per the panel / board as given below. The base frame work shall be fixed by using aluminium connection cleat, aluminium bracket of suitable size with suitable SS 316 grade anchors, bolts & nuts and the bracket. The rate shall include the cost of supplying and fixing of Aluminium special extruded PVDF finished Sill cover with associated aluminium extruded profile - Thickness of profile not less than 2.0 mm, sill cover shall be covered the gap between sill wall glazing system proposed at the location. Rate shall exclude the cost of supply of board / panel, which will be measured under the respective item below. But rate shall include the cost of fixing of panel / board with necessary accessories like, color coated rivet, screws, joint filler / tape etc. complete. (Interior sill wall cladding upto 900 to 950 mm.)

Supply of 6 mm thick High pressure laminated panel with approved Unique color with composition of cellulose fibrous cured phenol-formaldehyde resins for the core layers and melamine-formaldehyde resin for the surface with urethane-acrylic coating Exterior grade panel as per EN 438-6. HPL panel shall be fixed by using Aluminum color coated rivet matching with panel of approved color with suitable spacing but not more than 450mm or aluminum cleat at 450mm c/c minimum with required slot holes, SS 316 grade anchor bolts etc. as per manufacturer specification. (Interior sill cladding in the range of 200 to 350 mm.)

Supply of Exterior grade - Moisture resistance Cement based fiber panel (Asbestos free) of Everest make or Ramco make or approved equivalent make having a thickness not less than 8 mm finished with approved colour. Cement board shall be fixed by using recessed screws and filled with cement based putty and filler Joints between the board shall be sealed with cement based putty and the joints shall be closed with paintable tape of suitable thickness. Rate shall include Interior grade water based emulsion 2 coats with one coat of primer of approved shade.

SECTION - B EXTERNAL FAÇADE ACCESS SYSTEM

OPERATING AND ACCESSIBLE SYSTEM

a) Designing the system, preparation of shop drawing for approval, supply, fabricate, erect as per approved drawing at all levels, elevation & heights including conducting necessary test according to the codes etc complete.

b) In general, the system comprising of Building Maintenance unit (BMU), Permanent Motorized Trolley, Monorail system, Portable Aluminium Davit system with Standard arm / Swivel are to the required out reach to suspend Gondola / Cradle having Imported motors, wire ropes and winches.

c) Supply and install Soffit / Face / Roof mounted brackets at a minimum spacing specified and at straight / curved portion. Extra bracket if any required at corners / projected area shall be provided. All brackets shall be hot dip galvanized steel with base Plates and all anchor bolt assemblies (Either double sleeve or Single sleeve wedge anchors as per site condition requirements) shall be SS 316 (A2) grade of Hilti / Fischer or approved equivalent make etc complete.

d) Anchor the brackets with suitable dia of anchor bolts / Fasteners (Either double sleeve or Single sleeve wedge anchors or chemical ancors if required of specified make as per site condition requirements) permanently on the RC wall, Soffit or Roof as specified in the approved shop drawing.

e) Install the support system including required scaffolding, hoists, minor civil works and any other works related to the complete installation of the system as per specification and approved shop Drawing.

f) Manufacture / fabrication, transport and handling, installation / fixing, testing, commissioning and Insurance.

g) Obtain & submit certification of design by independent professional engineer / consultant along with final design and shop drawings.

Operating System

Providing and fixing for complete system with Motorized Floor Mounted BMU with Track Trolley with GRU (Permanent System) with required outreach to reach all Facade areas including rotating arms using Hot rolled steel sections running over the RC pedestal to move the BMU trolley to the desired location and in accordance with the technical specification and drawing and in general the system shall include the following. - For Terrace level - I

Providing and fixing Aluminium Retractable Davit (Portable System) suitable for Roof / Parapet mounting with the required length/outreach and complete system to be fixed on the parapet or slab with combined single bracket to sustain both tensile, torsional and any other loads at the desired location and in accordance with the technical specification and drawing and in general the system shall include the following.

Providing and fixing Permanent track with Motorized roller (Mono rail) of complete system with Aluminium anodized extruded profile and fixed on the Soffit/Face mounted Brackets with base plates at the desired location and in accordance with the technical specification and drawing and in general the system shall include the following.

Hot dip galvanized Face / Soffit mounted brackets of suitable size and Long and to be fixed at a required spacing with necessary base plate as per design and with suitable dia & type of SS anchor fasteners or welding if bracket fixed in to the MS steel member at specified locations including grouting the surface with all other accessories.

Permanent Track system with Aluminium anodized extruded profile with one or two trolleys and with end stops as required and to be fixed with the help of soffit / face mounted brackets with base plate at specified locations with all other accessories etc complete. Rate shall include for providing and fixing the required number of Motorized traverse roller assembly, to be mounted on track for traverse movement, made of MS with four roller arrangement for each location and capable of taking a load in the range of 5.0 KN. The roller can be removable from the track and can be operated from the cradle etc., Bidder shall be specified the make of track. If alternate make is proposed.

Supplying of EPDM pad with 50mm thick of size 600 x 1200 mm to protect the parapet / copping / cladding at the time of cleaning the façade element.

Supplying of tie back pin with bracket to suit for male-female arrangement of system using with SS 316 at typically 40m from ground and thereafter 20m at each levels. The pin should be capable of loads (3.0KN) indicated and co-ordinate with facade contractor for installations. The pins typically shall be in transom at required interval and should project 50mm from the face of glass. Safety norms shall be considered as per relevant ASTM / AAMA shall be strictly complied with.

Providing and fixing Eye bolts made out of Forged High Tensile Steel and heat treated after manufacturing process and finished with zinc plate coating. Eye bolt shall be designed to sustain a load of 300 to 400 kg and in general, the dimensions of bolt shall be 36 mm OD & 18 mm ID, threaded shank of M12, unthreaded shank of 16 mm with shank length 75 mm and fixing depth shall be 120 mm in 20mm dia hole with chemical infill. Eye bolt shall be designed in such a way to avoid wear and tear of suspension shackles and anchor shall withstand the shock absorbance. Socket sleeve shall be specially knurled for obtaining proper grip and strength after installation. Eye bolts shall be fixed at required intervals and bolts are to be fixed only into structural concrete surface as per suit site condition, by using chemical anchoring (adhesive mortar) as per the requirement and cured for at least 120 minutes (at ambient temperature). All the bolts shall be tested at site for pull out load of 1000 kg after installation etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Position of eye bolt to be coordinated with BMU / Trolley track arrangement.

Accessible System

Providing and fixing of Cradle platform (Gondola) with complete system, as given below and in general the cradle made out Aluminium tubes with Frame work and in accordance with the technical specification and drawing. Gondola/ Cradle having Imported motors, wire ropes and winches of approved make. Standard- 2 Meter Cradle platform with all other accessories etc complete.

Supplying of Bosun's chair and to be fitted with a seat attached to a powered climber unit. Rate shall include the cost of suspended rope, full body harness, rope, lanyards and other connecting equipment, ascenders, descanters, belay devices, backup devices and fall arresters etc complete.

Providing and fixing Imported Aerial work platform of approved make with complete system and the working height of 26M and above and in accordance with the technical specification and drawing.

Providing and fixing Imported Electro Hydraulic elevated Vertical platform with complete system and the working height of 16M and above and in accordance with the technical specification and drawing.

SECTION - F SIGNAGE WORKS

EXTERNAL SIGNAGE

Text shall be of 8mm thick acrylic laser cut letters PU coated as per Pantone shades and backed with 040 Acrylic lit internally with LED modules of minimum three years warranty with concealed power supply. Remaining text on Pylon will be of 3mm thick Acrylic laser cut letters PU coated as per shade and Design. ( Signage vendor should submit Shop drawings for approval after award of work). Pylon shall be installed on the RCC Pedestals using 8mm Thick MS Base plate & anchor bolts. Letters shall be made of Channel letters and the depth of letters shall be 100mm, side returns shall be of 1.2 mm thick Aluminium.Lighting to be done with LED of approved colour to match the logo mounted with proper fixtures; lighting to be connected to required power supplies, L&T or equivalent make , Timer & Breaker with earth provision, mounted on waterproof junction box near sign location: all wiring to be concealed as water resistant.Rate shall be Inclusive of all required Civil works such as Heavy duty clamps, Anchor bolts, baseplates etc and necessary scaffolding etc., all complete.
