Dismantling of cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts ),care fully from site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only in trenches in replacement of unserviceable cable/ LT OH line, LT under ground cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including fixing with suitable Al lugs, testing & commissioning of the following cross sectional area : - Note : (i) LT XLPE cable will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'. (ii) Earth work, cable protection, sand shall be measured and paid separately. (a) 6 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm, 2 /3.5 /4 Core.

(b) 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

(c) 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Taking out of unserviceable cable from ground/OH all as directed by EIC. Note: For OH conductor, 3 Ph+ Neutral shall be measured as single length.

Material and Labour for GI tubing medium grade as in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of following sizes : (a) 80 mm dia

(b) 50 mm dia

(c) 40 mm dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L for unwashed river sand cushioning to U/G cable and punning for cushioning of cable 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for repair to outdoor type double door LT panels/Feeder pillar box by repairing/replacing hinges at site by replacing unserviceable pedestal locks, replacing unserviceable bow handle and connected accessories of front, rear and inner doors by welding, cutting, drilling etc and incl fixing with MS nuts and bolts and repair/ replacing of copper bus bar of various rating suitable along with RYB insulation including cable end terminal aluminium lugs and including two coats of spray painting by synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. (Note : Copper bus bar and porcelain insulators to be measured and paid under separate BOQ item)

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable voltmeter/ Ammeter with Panel mounted multi function three phase digital energy meter of accuracy Cl-1.0 for measuring Voltage, Current, KW, KVAR, KWH, KVAH and power factor and making the disturbed surface good by welding/riveting in MS sheet 1.6 mm thick on the hollow portion duly painted all as directed at site. Make of Multifunction Energy Meter: Legrand cat no 414991 or equivalent in Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable indicators any type with LED based indicating lamps of RYB colour incl disconnecting and connecting of the same all as directed at site. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens

Material and labour for fabrication of copper busbar including, bending cold or hot in any size and made to shape all as directed and including RYB insulation mounted on epoxy cast/polymer glass insulators all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for fixing of epoxy cast/polymer glass insulator for 1100V grade (insulators) on the bus bars/panel all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of unserviceable MCCB, MCBs etc suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase 4 wire system fixed thermal and magnetic setting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 36 KA TM type (Icu=Ics=100%) including accessories like spreaders, nut bolts etc.

(b) MCCB 250 Amps 4 pole 36 KA TM type (Icu=Ics=100%) including accessories like spreaders, nut bolt etc

(c) MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 25 KA TM type (Icu=Ics=100%) including accessories like spreaders, nut bolt etc

(d) MCB SP 40 Amp, 10 KA 240 Volt complete

Fixing of MCCB's of various rating duly clamped with nut bolts, spreaders etc in the panels, removing and re- connecting the existing cable to MCCB's and dismantling of old existing MCCB and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : MCCB's rating of any type will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 75 mm up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. 3. T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required for carrying out the trimming work upto 12 meter will be issued to contractor under Schedule 'C' as demanded by contractor.

M & L for disconecting and re conecting of burnt LT XLPE cable from panel to OH conductor on pole/ panel/equipment including removing of faulty part of cable, preparation of cable for connection, suitable Al lugs, nut bolts, glands, GI pipe etc and as directed on site by EIC. Note: (i) The cost of earth work for taking out LT cable loop and refiling will deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (ii) GI pipe to be measured under separate item of BOQ.

M & L for repair and maintenance of automatic transfer switch of DPX3 160 and DPX3 250 MCCB and 415 V, 50 Hz make legrand: CAT No:625381HJ1F by changing the unserviceable parts like MOE etc and removing of faulty part of internal wiring cables,preparation of cable for connection, suitable Al/Cu lugs, nut bolts and as directed on site by EIC. Note: All the spare parts to be changed will deemed to be included in above quoted rate.

M&L for end outdoor jointing kit suitable for XLPE/ PVC Cable 1100 volts grade, heat shrinkable type for indoor/ outdoor applications complete including preparing ends of cable all as directed and specified as under :- (Make: Denson, Raychem, CCI/,M-seal, Birla 3M) (a) 35 to 50 sqmm 3.5 /4 core

(b) 70 to 150 sqmm 3.5 core

Material and labour for spray painting to outdoor type double door old LT panels/Feeder pillar box incl angle iron stand by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning and preparation of the surface thouroughly with scrapper of MS sheet and angle iron stand incl application of red oxide primer and cleaning of cables, wiring and other non painted parts of paint all as directed at site by EIC.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surface and ZEBRA painting of PCC/steel poles 9/11 m long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of enamel synthetic paints in 30 cm height incl painting of pole coping with black paint and writing pole No. all as directed by EIC

Supply and fixing enclosed terminal PVC modular box of size 150mm x150mm x 100mm with proper detachable cover/door with screw arrangements on two corners and Cable entry glands including contactors for cable connection and incl fixing up on GI post of post top lamp fitting with suitable GI clamp, nut, bolts etc and provn for fixing of MCB single pole on insulator and connecting incoming and out going cables all as directed at site. NOTE: MCB will be measured and paid separately in respective item of BOQ.

M & L for painting steel tubular pole/rail pole upto 5 mtr long of 50 to 80 mm dia including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide incl painting of pole coping with black paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Zebra painting at the bottom of pole shall be measured seperately.

Dismantling of broken U/S existing earthing with galvanised steel strip 32x6mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing of PCC from site.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2010 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I.

Motorized Auguring/driling in road of suitable dia for laying of 40/50/80/mm dia GI tubing pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, outdoor type, gable roof, floor mounted, factory made (CPRI approved) suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with copper bus bars of rating 400 amps duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40X40X5 mm including embedding the panel in PCC platform and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable with 3 hinges to panel doors and locking arrangement as desired complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge and comprising of the following:- (A) IN COMING (a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts 36 KA 400 Amp rating thermal magnetic release type(Icu=Ics=100%) -01 No (b) RYB indicating lamp LED type suitable for panel mounting (Set of three) - 01 No. (c) Panel mounted multi function energy (voltmeter & ammeter) meter of accuracy CL-1.0 rating including CT - 01 No (B) OUT GOING (a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts 36 KA 250 Amp rating thermal magnetic release type(Icu=Ics=100%) -04 Nos (b) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts 36 KA 200 Amp rating thermal magnetic release type(Icu=Ics=100%) -01 No

S & F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mmx6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-installing of solar plant including the solar panels along with stands, inter connecting DC cables with lugs, connectors, tie etc with the invertor/AJB and making the solar plant serviceable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of damaged modules like changing of burnt junction diode boxes and replacing the panels if necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Details of module: Module capacity: 300W, Open circuit voltage: 44.5V, Short circuit current: 8.95 Amp, System Voltage: 1000 VDC)

Supply and laying with PVC conduits 25mm dia, lugs, nails, cable ties, termination etc., testing and commissioning of annealed single copper DC string cable of 1C × 6 sqmm solar grade, UV resistant 1.5 KV rated DC cables with electron beam XLPO insulation confirming to IS and IEC standards complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying with PVC conduits 25mm dia, lugs, nails, cable ties, termination etc., testing and commissioning of AC copper cable of 4C ×16 sqmm from invertors to AC panels as per inverter and panel design, UV resistant 1.1 KV rated, PVC/XLPE insulation confirming to IEC and IS standards complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
