Engaging security guards for watch & ward in 3 shifts (2 No/Shift) around the clock daily three shifts in Gates & different locations with uniform shoes, whistle and cap to look after and to safeguard the scheme site from encroachment by the anti - social elements and to safeguard the materilas for Block-C with 116 MSB Residential flats in S.No:42pt of Rajakulipet Village, Chengalpet Taluk etc., all complete and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Engaging Electrician Grade - II cum Plumber cum Pump Operator on contact basis for maintenance such as attend electrical complaints such as replacing the bulb, electrical fittings, wiring faluts and attend water supply pipe leakage, plumbing repair etc and to operate the electric motor for pumping water from well to sump and sump to OHT for day to day water supply arrangements etc., all complete and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Engaging Sweeper cum Scavenger for attending day to day maintenance such as cleaning the staircase portion, terrace and other common area , the surrounding area of the scheme and removing blockage in sewerline, desilting of inspection chamber and gully trap etc., all complete and as directed by the Departmental Officer.
