M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushes scrapping down smoke soor moulds efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying one coat of Exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed. Makes - NEROLAC (Excel) / ASIAN 'APEX' / DULUX "WEATHER SHIELD WATER PROOF"

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old painted surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (as approved by Engineer in charge) of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old rusted steel surfaces of any description by removing dust/dirt/oil gease etc and applying one coat of water base rust remover/rust converter/ protector solution (as directed) as per manufactures instructions and making the surface rust free and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on the same steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth or any other description in camouflage pattern of any tints approved over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M & L for re-writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint without showing brush mark, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered, Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion.
