Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges coping etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 04 above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (framed/ unframed work) complete all as specified.

S&F framed work as in doors chowkats of MS angle iron or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type/ size with gusset plates, rails, braces,cooler stand, chajja framed complete drilled for fixing of door etc; to be prepared for hanging with and including hold fasts and locking arrangements confirming to FE- 290 (Gde-E- 165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type, size/ sections), including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to FE- 290 (Gde-E- 165), including fabrication, erraction and fixing complete all as specified.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall and for covering of crumple joints, fixed with self tapping screws etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any thickness, jointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 12.5 cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 17 above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight 3 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane (second coat apply after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 2.50 Kg/Sqm complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Top most layer that shall act as a protective layer shall be with 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg finished even & smooth without using extra cement laid to slopes as required at site & filling the joints with bitumen mastic ( Mix of bitumen & sand in the ratio 1:1) made @ 0.90 to 1.00m both ways (10mm wide 12 mm deep) made while the conc is still green all as specified and as directed.

M&L cool roof vitrified tiles (white or light shade as approved) of size 300x300x10mm thick fixed with spacers over 3mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted with epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ISI marked

Dismantling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type 5-7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted into the wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing.)

S&F in repair PVC hollow false ceiling interlocking type 5-7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted with MS hollow grid (light weight) section 25mmx25mmx1mm thick including fillets on joints, with hanging arrangements and including maintain levels with adjustable clips, complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing.)

S&F in repair Gypsum board 6-8mm thick in ceilling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions, plain/ colour fixed with steel snap grid (powder coated bottom side) with 'T' and 'L' (25mmx30mmx1.00mm thick) section of size 600mm x 600mm placed in ceiling 'L' section fixed to wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws @ 600mm centre to center, including provided 5.0 mm dia galvanised bars/ wire suspended @ 1.80 mtr centre to center both sides proper hanging arrangements and maintain levels with adjustable clips, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing).

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specifide.

Taking down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specifide.

Taking down 25mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specifide.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

S&F in repair 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered and in white colour hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each and removing from site or to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with 2nd class hard wood rail and style with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Factory made steel window box type using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skeleton shutter jointed internally with flat iron 40x4mm complete including grill of 8/10mm square bars as directed by Engineer incharge, fixed horizontally @ 10cm c/c, hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. (with provision of fixing for cooler if required) all as shown on drawing No CEJZ/TD/20 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 fixed in repairs i.e, incl taking down and removal of old steel windows from site or to store, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Guard bar/ grill shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

M&L for fabrication of aluminium powder coated window any pattern & design (openable with hinges, sliding, tilt and turn, casement , fixed type, villa type, ventilators) fabricated with anodized aluminium rectangular or any type section in frame with approved design & patterns including provn of fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloth on the outer side of frame etc; fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Glass pane & galvanised mild steel wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items of Sch 'A'.

S&F of sheet glass ordinary quality 4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads or fixed with rubber gasket in squares any size of pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 53 above item but 4mm thick frosted glass, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel round bars welded to steel windows or ventilators as in guard bars framed or unframed, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Guard bars shall be factory welded & given one shop coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer. Cost of factory welding & Shop coat of primer is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing S&F.

S&F of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F of hydraulic hings for kitchen cabin door shutter of mild steel bright finish or elecrogalvanised, fixede with screw etc; , complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.
