S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (E-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, of size 605mmx 605mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross members) of size 25mmx 25mmx 1.5mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium L section of size 25mm x25mmx 1.5mm thick angles etc. snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof roof slabs/trusses etc. by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, 75mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, nominal mix, using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate over sub base, complete all as specified.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

All as per item No. 12 above but as in skirting but 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Marble 14 to 16mm thick, black or udaipur green marble, (table rubbed and polished) as in floor, kitchen cooking platform /shelf and verticle surfaces duly machine cut in skirting /dado and like laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade green marble type, all as specifiedand directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 14-16 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab 14-16 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls, complete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 23 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 22 shall be used).

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant paint over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty by applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. The spray machine should be reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc. complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of exiting treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered or previously undecorated surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) or approved brand.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
